Educators and Administrators, The Kites & Kings publication is produced annually and is a wonderful opportunity to have your students’ writing and artwork published! Below are several sample submissions from previous Kites & Kings publications! The World of Words You may run through the forest of words But one day you will find the fruit of words But till then keep running Keep running like forest gump till you find something Make the reader understand Keep searching for the right words Run like a cheetah through the plains of words Swing like a monkey through the trees of words Search and search like a squirrel in winter Soar through the clouds of words Swim through the river of words Run like a wolf in the forest of words Walk on the beach of words till you find the right seashell Roll like a bolder till you stop at the right words Then give the words a home in your poem. Please ask in your school’s main office who your building coordinator is for this publication. Please contact the Catskill Area School Study Council at (607)436-2533 or cpalm@oncboces.org with any questions!
