The new Kaiser Permanente Dublin Medical Offices and Cancer Center will be
opening in May at 31 00 Dublin Blv d.
Nationwide, Kaiser has more than 1 0 million members with almost 1 40,000 City Contacts
Kaiser patients in the Tri-V alley . The 220,000 square foot Dublin Medical Offices
and Cancer Center will house 24-hour urgent care, a full spectrum of oncology
serv ices for cancer diagnosis and treatment, numerous specialty and sub- General Information
specialty clinics. Members w ill also appreciate hav ing access to a full-serv ice (925) 833-6650
laboratory and an outpatient pharmacy that will be open until 9 pm for ev ening
pick-ups. In addition, working parents with newborns will be happy to learn of
City Manager
Dublin's weekend newborn care clinic.

Rahma Mediterranean Grill opened in March at 7108 Dublin Blvd. (the former

Small Business Week
National Small Business Week is coming up on May 5 to 1 1 , 201 9 and the Dublin
City Council will consider to pass a Proclamation for Small Business Week
acknowledging the contributions to our community by local entrepreneurs and
small business owners.
Throughout the y ear, the City of Dublin partners with the Dublin Chamber of
Commerce and other organizations to connect small businesses with v ital
resources, celebrate small businesses and promote residents to shop locally .
Small business owners can download free customizable and ready -made
marketing materials from the Shop Small Studio, sponsored by A merican
Ex press. Y ou can download new Shop Small marketing materials in English and
Spanish.

The Innov ation Tri-V alley Leadership Group recently celebrated the 4th annual
#GameChangers A wards and recognized new innov ation stars and legacy leaders

State of the City Address
City of Dublin May or Dav id Haubert will present the annual
State of the City A ddress on Wednesday , A pril 1 7
from 1 1 :30 am to 1 :30 pm at the Shannon Community
Center (1 1 600 Shannon A v e., Dublin). The annual luncheon
is presented by the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Tickets
are $45 for Chamber members and $55 for non-members.

Advisory Council
The Tri-V alley Inclusion Business A dv isory Council (BA C) fosters relationships
among Tri-V alley business leaders to promote employ ment of indiv iduals with
intellectual and dev elopment disabilities. The BA C is looking for local business
leaders to serv e on the Council who would like to make a difference in the Tri-
V alley by increasing employ ment outcomes and adv ocating for employ ment for
adults with disabilities.

Thursday , May 9, 201 9 is Bike to Work Day in the Bay A rea! Commute to work by
bike instead of driv ing. V isit an energizer station between 7 am and 9 am for
refreshments, t-shirts, and bags filled with giv eaway s and coupons from
sponsors. Energizer stations will be located at both the East Dublin/Pleasanton
BA RT Station and the West Dublin/Pleasanton BA RT Station. Other locations are

Bike to Work Month Challenge: Month of May
