SPRING 2020 Fulfilling our mission through the COVID-19 Pandemic Since 1979 the Optimal Hospice Foundation has been committed to our mission to ensure hospice care and other compassionate programs are available for families facing a life-limiting illness. Programs include outreach and education, hospice care For generations we have been funding for the uninsured and bereavement support, including an annual Kids Camp told to ‘count your blessings’ for children who have experienced the loss of a love one. to help us focus on the good During these unprecedented times our commitment has not waivered.
