Proposed Changes to be voted on in October ARTICLE IX- LIFE MEMBERS SECTION 1. A. Members shall become a life member of El Katif Shriners upon: a. Election by the El Katif Shriners for meritorious service. Written nomination for meritorious service submitted to the Recorder and approval by the Nobility at a regular stated meeting.
