3 QUICK AND EASY PASTA SAUCE RECIPES 22 Success in Hospitality / April 2016 Every now and again we struggle for ideas when it comes to cooking tasty meals for friends and family. We’ve lined up 3 easy to prepare pasta sauces that you can whip up in no time, leaving you free to chat to your guests instead of breaking a sweat in the kitchen. Three Cheese Pasta Sauce 1 • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add a small, chopped onion together with a clove of crushed garlic. • Cook on a medium heat for 7-8 minutes and then add 80 grams of butter. • Stir in 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, half a cup of grated emmental or gruyere cheese and 1 cup grated parmesan cheese. • Stir over the heat until the cheese melts. (Add half a cup of chicken stock (or milk) if the mixture is too thick.) • Season well with salt and pepper.
