     Frequently Asked Questions

     1) What is Shoppe Design?
        Intended for clients that need a vision for designing a layout and sourcing
        furnishings & decor. With no room minimum, Shoppe Design is ideal both
        for full home furnishing as well as single rooms. If you’re local to Southern
        California, there is an option to hire Pure Salt to perform the install and
        styling of your home. If you’re remote, Pure Salt will handle all purchasing
        and delivery on your behalf for you to self-install, or we can arrange
        furniture delivery and professional styling install for an additional travel fee.

     2) What is the rst step in hiring Pure Salt for my design needs?
        If you’re interested in our Shoppe Design services for your home,
        please schedule a consultation our our website and complete the
        included questionnaire about your design needs. Our team will be in
        touch within1-2 business days to request more information if needed
        and to con rmthe consultation.

     3) What is your consultation fee?
        We charge $200 for consultations.

     4) Can Pure Salt come out to my home?
        Shoppe Design consultations are all held virtually and are used to discuss
        your project’s scope. Coming out of your consultation, we will provide
        you with a custom design fee proposal and contract. If you are local to
        Southern California and elect to hire Pure Salt, there is the option for the
        design team to conduct the immersion at your home if preferred. Note
        that mileage fees will be included inthe proposal if in-person meetings are
        requested.

5) What do you charge for Shoppe Design? How do you determine
        your project fee?
        Room package rates are included below. Our design fee includes the
        concepting and ordering of all furniture & materials associated with the
        approved design. Install is not included in the design fee, and is billed
        separately a la carte (costs outlined below).

6) Do you provide client discounts?
   Yes, we provide a 15% discount on all Pure Salt Shoppe product to
   our Shoppe Design clients!

7) Do I have to purchase all of the product Pure Salt recommends?
   Absolutely not! While our design team will make selections based on
   what we think will work best for your home, you are not obligated to buy
   all at once.When you receive your proposal, you can approve or decline
   items and are welcome to shop on your own or purchase through our
   website at your convenience. Please note your client discount will expire
   six months from its issued date.

8) Can I use my existing furniture decor?
   Yes! We can take any existing pieces you have into consideration when
   designing for you. We will discuss what you have and would like to
   incorporate during the immersion.

9) How long does the design process take?
   The average Shoppe Design process takes about 4-6 weeks to complete
   before moving into purchasing and execution.After all furnishings,
   artworkand decor have been purchased, deliveries and preparation for
   install typically take 4-8 weeks. In total, you should expect the process to
   take about 3-5 months from when we kick off designs until the install is
   complete.

10) What does a typical project schedule look like?
    Timelines vary from project to project depending on the scope of the
    request, but we generally nd that Shoppe Design takes about 3-4 months
    to complete after kick off. Our process is as follows:

         • DESIGNS: (~4-6 weeks total)
            • Consultation - during this virtual meeting we will discuss
              the details of your design needs and determine how we can
              help bring your space to life.
            • Design - once we have all of your information, including oor
              plans, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, etc. we will begin
              designing your space. As part of the design process, Pure Salt
              willdeliver 2D overhead layout renderings and furnishing boards
              (recommendations and renderings for construction elements
              are available upon request for an additional fee, but will not be
              managed or overseen by Pure Salt). Two rounds of design are
              included within the project fee, and all designs are reviewed
              virtually via video conferences.

         • ORDERING: (~2-4 weeks total)
           • Design Specifications - once a design concept is approved, we
             detail out the design. This includes speci cation of all
             furnishings and decorative materials, and pulling together
             proposals for the hard costs associated with the design for
             approval to purchase. Upon the client’s approval of the
             furnishing and decor proposal and payment on the associated
             invoice, Pure Salt will handle all purchasing on behalf of the
             client.

         • OPTIONAL: INSTALLATION: (~4-8 weeks for install prep)
           • Execution - if you elect to hire Pure Salt for install and styling,
             our team will execute all aspects of the installation and final
             styling. Rather than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we
             schedule a day (or multiple days depending on project scale)

to have our team execute the install and transform your space
               all at once (install furniture, artwork, lighting, decorative
               accessories, etc.). All furnishing items will be delivered to and
               stored at our warehouse for a xed monthly fee until
               everything is ready for install day*.
                  *Note: additional installation and mover fees are
                  applicable and will be shared ahead of nal install

11) What if I’m only looking for help with light styling/decorating?
    If you are looking for something with less of a time or monetary
    commitment, we also offer Design Concierge services. Design Concierge is
    intended for clients who have most of their furnishings in place, but need
    help from an expert in taking their project to the nish line by selecting
    accent furniture and bringing all of the decorative details together. This
    service is ideal for clients who do not need a full room designed, but rather
    need help evaluating our shoppe product and selecting which pieces will
    work best to round out their space(s) before purchasing.

12) What designers will I be working with?
    If you elect to hire Pure Salt, one of our Lead Designers will be assigned to
    your project prior to your immersion date. The Lead Designer will guide
    you through the design process, in partnership with a Design Coordinator
    and the Design Director. Aly and Leigh oversee all projects as Creative
    Directors.

13) Can I describe or provide the type of design style that I’m looking for
    sothat the Pure Salt team can emulate it?
    As part of the design immersion process, our team will discuss your
    design style, preferences, and any design references you have at length in
    order to familiarize ourselves with your aesthetic and tailor our designs to
    your specific needs.Your home is a re ection of who you are, what you
    love and the world you want to create for your family. Everything we do is
    designed to make your home as “you” as it can be, infused with our Pure
    Salt touch.Can I only hire Pure Salt if I live within the Orange County area?
    No! We work with clients all over the U.S. Most of our clients are based
    locally in Orange County, but we’re capable of working with clients all over
    the country. If you’re not local to OC and would like to hire us to execute
    the install and styling, we will include Pure Salt’s travel costs for execution
    inour proposal.
