SUMMER DAY CAMP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHAT SHOULD MY CAMPER BRING TO CAMP? First, please label everything your child brings to camp. If your cancellation is made within 7 days before the start of the camp week, you will be eligible WHAT SHOULD MY CAMPER LEAVE AT HOME? to receive a 50% refund for the week or camp credit toward a future week. Any camp cancellation request made less than 7 days before the start of camp will not be accepted or refunded. If you fail to submit your cancellation within the 7 days, your account will be drafted regardless of your child’s attendance in camp and camp credit or refund will not be available. WHAT IS THE CHILD TO STAFF RATIO FOR SUMMER PROGRAMS? Our summer ratio is 12:1 (child to staff) for all summer camp programs. If your child requires less than a 12:1 ra- Cancellations must be made by submitting the online Day Camp Cancellation form. Participants needing more immediate assistance can receive 25% off through our Open Doors program. If you register for camp and the week is full, you will be added to the day camp waitlist. Each week, we process camp cancellations and changes in order to pull campers off the waitlist and add them to camp. You will be contacted via email and phone once your child’s spot in camp has been secured. DO YOU OFFER A SIBLING DISCOUNT? Yes, we offer a 10% discount for all siblings.
