Residual Waste every second week collection Exemption on Bag Limits Have waste out by 7:00 a.m. 1 Garbage collection occurs every other week according to your schedule 7:00 a.m. Residents who are unable to meet the bag limit restrictions due to a medical condition, or those that have three children under the age of (see map on pages 2 or 3). three may qualify for Whitby’s Special Consideration Program. For more information about this program, please contact the Town of Whitby Operations Centre at 905.668.3437. Consult your waste collection schedule for your battery collection dates.
