• Dashboard: Visual representation of what is happening during the current quarter. RELIAS • User List: Review User list (monthly at a minimum) to ensure all employees who have left REPORTING your agency have been de-activated or those individuals who are “on-leave” have been designated as such. This might include: maternity/paternity/family leave, military, medical, extended absence • Training Plans: Review agency created training plans to ensure the correct courses are being assigned to the correct groups of employees. o Look for duplicates of courses that are already being assigned via the AzAHP Training Plans, and remove them. • Reporting: o Suggest to run the Course Completion History and Course/Learner Status reports, monthly at a minimum o Depending on the size of the agency, it may be helpful to give supervisors/managers “Supervisory” access in Relias, so they can run these reports themselves and manage the course completions for their assigned employees. o Include these reports in conversations during your larger team meetings with management/leadership. o Resources: STEPS § https://azahp.org/ § >AZ Workforce Development Alliance – ACC, ACC-RBHA >Provider Resources TO >Relias Resources/User Guides > SUCCESS o Specifically look at: Learner Status and Course Completion History Job Banner Aids Internal Data

ASAM AZAHP - AZ ASAM WITS course de-activated 12/30/22. AHCCCS has not given further guidance on what the “required” course is for ASAM. AHCCCS stated (in writing) that agencies would not be held accountable to ASAM line items on the BH audit tool until they have finalized a contract with ASAM and have provided guidance about the requirement. Providers who need ASAM for outside accreditation should follow-up with those accrediting agencies to determine what is required. Mercy – ASAM Conceptual Foundation (still training this course, but it does not meet the “requirement” – this is a supplemental course to provide additional foundation/historical knowledge for ASAM.
