R ealising a major opportunity to improve convenience for customers and compete with a larger group of fast food chains, Eagle Boys Pizza launched a world first Drive Thru pizza model in 1999. No longer would customers need to wait when ordering their favourite pizza! The Drive Thru model means people can order pizza without getting out of their cars – extremely convenient for families with children, time-poor customers, and all those who would usually choose other fast food over pizza simply due to convenience. Eagle Boys’ Drive Thru stores take the waiting element out of the pizza ordering equation, thanks to our Ready, Fresh, Go!™ technology. The most popular pizza flavours are baked, packaged and stored in the Ready, Fresh, Go!™ cabinet at optimum temperature, so they are ready to go when ordered at the Drive Thru window. Should a customer wish to order a flavour that is not offered as a Ready, Fresh, Go!™ option, they can still enjoy the convenience – simply ordering ahead by phone and picking up their pizza at the Drive Thru window. Eagle Boys Pizza’s strategy to implement the first Drive Thru pizza stores in Australia has been extremely successful. Today Eagle Boys has more F than 20 Drive Thru stores around the country, and E will continue to grow this fantastic business model, exclusive to Eagle Boys.
