Congratulations LouAnne Neill! BIAW awarded its highest honors, Builder, Associate, and Remodeler of the Year during the association’s annual Installation and Awards Ceremony held November 12 in Vancouver. The HBA’s own LouAnne Neill of Neill Construction Services, LLC was awarded the title of BIAW Associate of the Year at the ceremony. Neill has served on the HBA Board of Directors nearly every year since 1997 and has been a State Director since 2007. During her nearly two decades as a member, Neill has devoted her time and energy, serving on nine committees between the HBA and BIAW. Neill currently serves as BIAW 2020 Second Vice President. CPR/First Aid Class Cost Effective Measures for the This class covers adult, child, and infant CPR, as well as multiple medical problems and treatment of common injuries. Supplementary instruction includes hand washing techniques, infectious diseases, and medical legalities. Certification is New Code Class good for two years. Spike Club Status Spike credits are earned by recruiting and retaining members. CALENDAR OF EVENTS To achieve Spike status you must earn six credits within two DECEMBER consecutive membership years (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31).
