4 Areas of Planning 1- Technical 2- Marketing 3- Financial 4- Program
Elaborate: 4 Areas of Planning 1. Technical: Wirecast, Mobilecause, Phonevipes, etc 2. Marketing: Youtube Video, Video messages- Email, Facebook, Whatsapp Group, Instagram, etc. 3. Financial: Telethon, Called Donors- Asking to match last year’s donation- created a script for the volunteers. 4. Program: 90 mins to 120 mins (lasted 4 hrs). Pre-recorded students’ performances, Construction walkthroughs, Speakers from 5 different places, Replayed the video again. Number of viewers were 90- 200 logged on. Every hour events were repeated.
What could we change if we do it again? ● More time dedicated to marketing for the virtual fundraiser. ● Have more live students’ testimonies and interviews. Goal was $ 250 K Raised $ 235K
