August 14, 2020 TRABUCO HILLS HIGH SCHOOL WEEKLY BULLETIN Trabuco Hills High School's Newsletter for Parents & Students Principal's Welcome What's in this Hi Mustangs! This is your new principal, Ms. Foulk. As we move into the 2020 - 2021 weeks's issue: school year, I want to reassure the community that the district and our entire staff are doing everything we can to ensure our students are safe and receiving the best education we can offer. While we are not on campus yet, our PRINCIPAL'S WELCOME - 1 outstanding staff are preparing to engage with students and ensure this year is SCHEDULE ISSUES - 2 nothing short of AMA21NG! We are so excited to be starting the 2020-2021 school year! FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - 3 When you come on campus, please keep the following items in mind: 1. Masks must be worn at all times FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - 4 2. Physically distant beyond 6 feet 3. No group gatherings PTSA MEMBERSHIP - 5 4. Limit campus access whenever possible As the principal at THHS, I am most looking forward to Upcoming helping students foster a genuine love of learning, which will lead to a Events: lifetime of academic success. I can’t wait to visit the classrooms once we return to in person instruction where amazing learning and instruction happens FIRST DAY OF every day. Until that time, our entire team is here to support students in VIRTUAL/DISTANCE Distance Learning 2.0. Please be on the lookout for additional emails and LEARNING SCHOOL - updates on our website regarding the schedule and student expectations for this MONDAY, AUGUST 17TH year. While I may not be able to meet you in person yet, I invite you to join our PTSA, which holds monthly meetings. This is an excellent way to get connected to THHS. They will also be starting a “Coffee with the Principal” program this year that will allow members of PTSA an opportunity to have a Q & A with me and other staff members each month. I am committed to leading this school and working with an administrative team that develops innovative ideas to affect student achievement and prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century. IF you have a confirmed change to your schedule or you received the WRONG textbooks, please come to the library on Tuesday during make up registration from 8:00 -10:00 am. We don’t have regular PHYSICS textbooks yet, please don’t come for that. You will be informed when available. Remember, all physics materials are online, some teachers may have you return your physics book, that as well can be done on Tuesday. If you still need schedule changes, please scan the QR Code scattered around the campus. You will get confirmation as soon as possible and another day will be arranged for you to come make those textbook changes.
