Woolworths Big Night In 2020 Promotion
1. When will the Big Night In promotion start and finish (purchase period)?
The promotion starts on 00.01 AEST on 20 May 2020 and 23.59 AEST on 14 July 2020.
2. Who is eligible to enter the Big Night In promotion?
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter,
its related entities and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of
the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
3. How do I know what products to purchase to participate in the Big Night In promotion?
Participating products are labelled in store and online, please also refer to the flyer in store for a complete list of participating
brands. You can also find a participating list of brands and products at woolworths.com.au/BNI.
4. How do I enter the promotion?
Purchase at least three (3) participating products in a single transaction from any Woolworths supermarket store across Australia
(including participating Woolworths Metro stores) and the Woolworths Online store www.woolworths.com.au, during the
promotional period and either:
a. (“Rewards Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Woolworths Rewards Card in store at the checkout or
input their Woolworths Rewards Card number during checkout on Woolworths Online – the Rewards Card Entry option is not
available to residents of Tasmania or Non-Registered Cardholders;
b. (“Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry”) prior to finalising the transaction, scan their Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club
Card in store at the checkout or input their Woolworths Frequent Shopper Club Card number during checkout on Woolworths
Online – the Frequent Shopper Club Card Entry option is only available to residents of Tasmania who are Registered
Cardholders; or
c. (“Receipt Code Entry”) enter online, during the Promotional Period, by visiting the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI,
following the prompts to the promotion entry page and inputting all of the requested details (including their full name,
address, email address and mobile number, the Unique Receipt Code, and choice of Party or Play prize pack (should they be
drawn as a winner)) and submitting the fully completed online entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period.
5. How do I get a bonus entry with the Woolworths Rewards App?
One (1) bonus entry into the relevant Daily Prize Draw will be awarded to Eligible Entrants who make a Rewards Card Entry
during the Promotional Period and download and log in to the Woolworths Rewards App for the first time during the Promotional
Period. If you download the Woolworths Rewards App prior to making a Rewards Card Entry, then the Bonus Entry will be
added to the Daily Prize Draw on the date of the first applicable Rewards Card Entry. If you download the Woolworths Rewards
App after you have made a Rewards Card Entry, then the Bonus Entry will be added to the Daily Prize Draw of the applicable
app download date. Bonus Entries will not be awarded where an Eligible Entrant has made a Frequent Shopper Club Card
Entry or a Receipt Code Entry. Limit applies of one (1) Bonus Entry per Eligible Entrant. Bonus Entries will not be awarded if you
downloaded the Woolworths Rewards App prior to the Promotional Period.
6. How can I tell if my claim has been received/was successful for the Big Night In promotion?
Once you have submitted your claim, you will receive a message on screen confirming the success of your claim.
7. Am I required to pay for postage and handling if I am a winner in the BNI promotion?
No, you will not have to pay for any postage or handling if you’re a lucky winner.FAQs

8. Do I need to keep my receipts in connection to the Big Night In promotion?
All entrants must retain their original purchase receipt or online invoice for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the
proof of purchase for all entries when requested, may, in the absolute discretion of Woolworths, result in invalidation of ALL of an
entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase
(for in-store purchases) and the date of purchase on the receipt(s) or invoice(s)/online order confirmation must be during the
Promotional Period and prior to entry.

11. What are the prizes that I can pick from?
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Prize Draw will win their choice of a prize pack valued at up to $8,000, subject to the
Terms and Conditions.

12. Are there any limits on the number of prizes I can pick?
Winners will be required to nominate their preferred prizes from the prize list, subject to the following conditions:
a. The value of the total prize pack must not exceed $8,000. Nominations that exceed the $8,000 cap will be rejected by the
Promoter in the first instance to be resubmitted.
b. If the value of the nominated total prize pack is less than $8,000, the winner will also receive a WISH gift card valued at up
to $500. No additional compensation or prizes will be awarded. For example, if a winner’s nominated prize pack is valued at
$7,200, then a $500 WISH gift card will be awarded for a total prize pack value of $7,700 – no additional compensation or
prizes will be awarded. Similarly, if a winner’s nominated prize is valued at $7,900, then a $100 WISH gift card will be awarded
for a total prize pack value of $8,000.
c. Individual prize types are limited to one per winner. For example, a winner cannot nominate two fridges in their prize pack.
d. Notwithstanding (c), gift card prizes are limited to two (2) per person (excluding the WISH gift card at (b) above).FAQs

13. What happens If the value of the total prize pack I pick is less than $8,000?
If the value of the nominated total prize pack is less than $8,000, the winner will also receive a WISH gift card valued at up to
$500. No additional compensation or prizes will be awarded. For example, if a winner’s nominated prize pack is valued at $7,200,
then a $500 WISH gift card will be awarded for a total prize pack value of $7,700 – no additional compensation or prizes will be
awarded. Similarly, if a winner’s nominated prize is valued at $7,900, then a $100 WISH gift card will be awarded for a total prize
pack value of $8,000.
14. What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If any prize remains unclaimed after 05/10/2020, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will be held on 19/10/2020 at the same time and
place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Second chance draw winners will be notified
in writing by email within two (2) business days of the second chance draw (if applicable). Second chance draw winners will be
published online on the Promotion Website woolworths.com.au/BNI from 30/10/2020. Any second chance draw winners will
also have their name and address published in The Australian on 13/11/2020.
15. How will I be notified if I win the prize?
Winners will be contacted by promotions agency Creata, on behalf of Woolworths. Winners will be notified in writing by
email within 2 business days of the applicable draw date. Winners will be published online on the Promotion Website
woolworths.com.au/BNI, for a minimum 28 days, from the applicable ‘draw date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’
section above. Winners of a prize will also have their surname, first initial and state of residence published in The Australian on
the applicable ‘published date’ specified in the table in the ‘Daily Prize Draws’ section above.
16. Are there any entry limits?
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) for Receipt Code Entries, only one entry permitted per Qualifying
Entry; (b) for Rewards Card Entries and/or Frequent Shopper Club Card Entries, only two entries permitted per Qualifying
Entry; (c) each Qualifying Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (d) a limit of five
Qualifying Entries per day applies (which equates to 10 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Rewards Card Entries
and Frequent Shopper Club Card Entries, and 5 entries per day into the relevant Daily Prize Draw for Receipt Code Entries).
Limit applies of 1 Bonus Entry per Eligible Entrant.You can also read
