Note: Whistler Blackcomb was purchased by Vail Resorts with The Whistler Pinnacle is centrally located in the
subsequent significant rise in prices heart of Whistler Village in Library Square and

Payment Timeline
Cheque
Upon registration, 2 cheques are required as per the terms below. Payment on one cheque is optional.
1. First Deposit: A cheque of $ 500 plus any insurance is required to be made to Voyages Gendron upon
registration to guarantee the confirmed space. The deposit will be applied to the final payment. This
deposit is non-refundable.
2. Second Deposit: A second cheque of the remainder per participant must be made to Voyages Gendron
no later than October 5th. This deposit will also be applied to the final invoice. Inside 45 days before
departure, the complete amount per person is non-refundable.
Credit
Upon registration, credit card numbers are required. Payments to Voyages Gendron will follow the same
timeline as described above.
Name Change
1. Name Change: No fees for name changes made more than 70 days before departure. $ 100 fee for
name changes between 70 days and 45 days before departure. Any name changes made inside 45
days before departure will be considered a cancellation. The flight ticket must be cancelled and is
non-refundable.
