   1. ATTENTION!
   2. One-day non-category weekend trips, designed for ordinary healthy people, and do not
      require special training and equipment. They are produced in safe areas and have been
      tried and tested over many years. Generally accepted safety precautions and normal,
      deliberate, prudent daily conduct are sufficient to ensure safe participation. Tourists
      participating in such travels should be attentive, cautious, prudent, calculate their
      strengths and capabilities to participate in the trip. Tourists themselves ensure their
      safety, they themselves determine the possibility of their participation in the journey
      without harm to their health, and if their health worsens, they can at any time interrupt
      the passage of the route and stop for rest or even return to the bus.
   3. Equipment - good mountain boots, a windbreaker jacket with a hood, sunglasses, a
      baseball cap (cap), a 25-30l backpack. if necessary, have gaiters to protect feet from
      moisture and snow, a jacket, a hat, gloves. It is advisable to have trekking sticks,
      sunscreen, raincoat, mite spray.
   4. The trip will take place in any weather, but the route can be changed at the discretion of
      the group. On the day of departure, telephone conversations with the guide are possible
      from 07:30. in the morning.
   5. TUK is not responsible for things left in the beads and in the office.
   6. IMPORTANT! In the warm season, you need to beware of tick bites. Tourists must be
      vaccinated against encephalitis and wear special clothing. Tourists arriving without
      special clothing travel at their own peril and risk. Frequent examination of body parts,
      grass and tree branches, and removal of detected ticks are important measures to prevent
      tick bites. If you have been bitten by a tick, you should definitely see your doctor in the
      first 3 days after the bite.

03.06.2021 (Thu) Ala-Archa (Ak-Sai waterfall).
One-day hike to the Ala-Archa gorge, climb to the Ak-Sai waterfall, picnic, return to the bus stop
- transfer to Bishkek. Departure at 08:00.
- A non-categorical hike of initial and intermediate level of training and requiring elementary
skills to be in the mountains.
- Equipment - good mountain boots, a windbreaker jacket with a hood, sunglasses, a baseball

04.06.2021 (Fri) Ynyrchak gorge

One-day hike to the Ynyrchak gorge in the Chon-Kemin region, Chui region. The hike begins
from the Mother-in-law's tongue in the Boom gorge, the hike ends at the Shabdan bridge in
Chon-Kemin.
- The length of the auto route: 270 km., Walking route: 14-15 km. The maximum difference in
altitude is 500 m., The starting point is 1350 m.; 1st pass - 1850m .; 2nd pass - 1820m .; finish
place - 1400m. Departure at 08:00 am.

the mountains.
- Equipment - good mountain boots, a windbreaker jacket with a hood, sunglasses, baseball cap

05-06.06.2020 (Sat-Sun) Son-Kul lake 3016m.
Two-day trip to Son-Kul lake, departure from Bishkek on Saturday, early morning drive through
the Orto-Tokoy reservoir, Kochkor village and Kalmak-Ashuu pass, lunch and walk by the lake.
Overnight in yurts in the Yurt town "Muras"
- Sunday – (Hiking up the mountain for a panoramic view, horseback riding optional). Lunch.
At 14:00 departure to Bishkek.

 A two-day easy trip to the Kyzyl-Beles gorge. Departure from Bishkek at 15:00, arrival at the
destination and setting up a camp. Walking along the Kashka-Suu gorge, visiting the Edelweiss
waterfall. And then preparing for the evening, meeting the sunset and bonfire. Overnight in tents.
The next day, meeting dawn, breakfast, and at 12:00 arrival in Bishkek.

05.06.2021 (Sat) Borulu lake (Burul-Kok-Kul)
One day hike to the dammed lake Borulu in the Sokuluk gorge. The lake was formed in 1885 as
a result of the Belovodsk earthquake.

altitude is 500m., The starting point is 1400m. - the place of the finish is 1900m.

06.06.2021 (San) Rafting
Rafting in Boom canyon (category 2-3) along the Chon-Kemin river, duration 1-5, 2 hours, 22-
25 km, rafting starts in Chon-Kemin, below the Shabdan bridge to the Boroldo bridge below
Cold water.
The terms of participation:

- Participants must be ready to swim in the water, be able to swim, show no signs of
claustrophobia, have a swimsuit or shorts, and change clothes. Children under 18 years old are
not allowed on the trip.
- The cost of transport and rafting (rafting) 12 - 16 people 2500 som / person. (for members of

11-12-13.06.2021 (Fri-Sat-Sun) Annual "Turiada 2021"
A three-day hike along the Kyrgyz Ala-Too, crossing the Tuyuk-Shamshy pass, two overnight
stays in tents, returning to Bishkek by the evening of the third day. Departure at 08:00.
Day 1 - the hike starts from the Kegeti house up the Kol-Tor gorge, the first overnight stay is
under the Tuyuk-Shamshy pass.
Day 2 - trekking to the Shamshy gorge through the Tuyuk-Shamshy pass and overnight in a
clearing near the Shah's house.
Day 3 - radial hike along the Tuyuk Shamshy gorge and descent to the main Shamshy gorge to
the finish point.
- The length of the auto route: 180 km., Walking route: 34-36 km. The maximum drop in altitude
is 1950m., The starting point is 1800m - the pass 3700m - the place of the finish is 1850m.
- During the trip, there will be practical lessons on the technique of overcoming mountainous
terrain of different types, the use of climbing equipment in mountain tourism and overcoming a
mountain river.
- At the end of the second day, competitions in mountain tourism techniques and songs by the
fire are planned.
- Mountain hike of average level of training and requiring elementary skills of being in the
mountains. Pass Tuyuk-Shamshy 3700m high, complexity 1A. Upon successful completion of the
hike, participants will can apply for participation in the 1st and 2nd categories of difficulty for
the III category in mountain tourism this or next season.
Mandatory equipment - good mountain boots, a windbreaker jacket, a raincoat, sun glasses that
block ultraviolet rays from the sun, gloves, a hat that covers your ears and face from the sun.
Equipment - Tent for 2-3 persons, sleeping bag, padding, hiking sticks and backpack 60-70 l.

 - The cost of the tour does not include food and equipment costs.
  The Union provides the gas burner, gas, cooking utensils and some of the transport is paid by
the Union.
It is necessary to register and pay for participation in the tour until May 31, it is advisable to
book equipment in advance.

16–20.06.2021 (Wed – Sun) Lake Sary-Chelek.
Five-day tour to the biosphere reserve Sary-Chelek. Two days for a trip to the reserve and back.
Three days trekking in the reserve with a visit to five main lakes
Day 1 - Departure early in the morning from Bishkek, picnic lunch on the way, overnight in the
village of Kara-Suu.
Day 2 - After breakfast with all things, exit to the Kara-Suu lake (Kara-Kamysh). Picnic lunch,
overnight on the Kara-Suu lake 1802m.
Day 3 - After breakfast, crossing the Kotormo pass 2446m. in Sary-Chelek. Picnic lunch,
overnight on the Iiri-Kol lake 1925m.

Day 4 - After breakfast, trek across Lake Choychok-Kol and Lake Kyla-Kol to the large lake
Sary-Chelek. Picnic lunch, overnight near the lake. Sary-Chelek.
Day 5 - After breakfast, transfer to Bishkek.
- The length of the auto route: 1100 km, walking route: 33-35 km, the maximum height difference
is 1350 m.
- Cost of transport, guide services, entry to the reserve, payment for parking in Sary-Chelek and
organizational (consultations) for a group of 12 people: 3900 som / person (for members of the
"Union ..." 3600 som / person). For foreign citizens, a separate fee is charged for entering the
biosphere reserve - 400 soms per person.
