Hilton® Calgary Airport for your meeting. All of our menus have
been developed to provide you and your group with variety and
flexibility when selecting your meal. Our Sales and Catering Depart-
ment will work with you to customize every detail of your meeting,
from assisting with room set-up to menu selection. Remember, it is
not just a meeting, it is an event that will shape the future of your
business.

MEETING ROOM AMENITIES
Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport has a small
selection of meeting rooms accommodating between 2 to 93 people.
All meeting room rentals include the following complimentary services:

On-site parking

Box of office supplies
Ice water with lemon and mints
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Additional audio visual equipment, such as LCD projectors & screens, can be
arranged in advance. Please contact our Sales and Catering Department
for further details.
Please note the following hookups for our projector are available:
Apple: T/bolt to HDMI, T/bolt to VGA, 8pin to ipad/iphone HDMI.
PC: VGA, HDMI
Please be sure to notify your Event Coordinator with regards to what hookup
you require prior to your meeting.

Bar Service
Cash bar – For groups where guests purchase their own drinks. (tax included)
Host bar – For groups where the organization will pay for all beverages.
(+ 5% tax + 18% service charge)
Three options available:
ALL IN: The host can also decide to have all options available for the duration of the
night. In such a case, the bartender will keep track of the drinks consumed and the host
will be billed accordingly.
LIMITED TICKETS: A given number of tickets will be provided to the host and the host can
make a choice from the categories that they want the bartender to serve the guests.
Each ticket provided to the bartender will be tracked for final billing. Host can choose to
have cash bar after tickets are all used, or simply choose to end the bar service.
LIMITED SELECTION: The host decides what types of beverages are available to group.
Example: domestic beer and wine only. Tickets can be provided for those items if a limit
is requested or simply have all items available throughout the duration of the event
*Should you wish to do a combination of the above or have an alternate request (such a
“toonie bar”) please ask your catering coordinator.
Prices include bartender, ice, mixes and glassware. Should the bar yield be under
$200.00, there will be a $20.00 per hour charge for bartender (minimum 3 hours).
