TERMS + CONDITIONS Please read through these details carefully to ensure that we’re all on the same page! CO N FIR MAT IO N OF BO O KING A booking is only confirmed when a contract has been signed and a credit card has been authorised online. A confirmation email with the confirmed event date and time will be sent to you. No charge or deposit is taken from your credit card to secure the date. F OO D | D R INK | PAYM ENT Food and drink choices | due 14 days prior to the event. Dietary requirements | due 14 days prior to the event. Final guest number | due 7 days prior to the event. A cancellation buffer of 2 people is permitted within the 7 days leading up to the event. In the case that more than 2 people cancel, the remaining set menu packages must still be paid in full. No BYO alcohol is permitted. All food must be paid on one bill. Drinks may be paid for separately if individual tabs have been set up. Please note if you prefer the bill to be charged to your credit card on file, a 2.1% surcharge applies. M I N IMU M S PEND The minimum spend for the Private Dining Room is $1,350 between January-October and $1,500 during the November-December period. All food and drink provided by Rogue Bistro contribute to the minimum spend. If this is not met at the conclusion of your function, the remainder will be charged as a general venue hire fee. 9

RE S P ON S I BL E S E RVI CE OF A LCOH OL In accordance with the Liquor Act, Rogue Bistro practices the responsible service of alcohol and will refuse any patron deemed to be intoxicated or displaying unruly behaviour. All guests must hold a valid form of identification. Last drinks are called at 10.45pm and the service of alcohol stops at 11pm. All guests are required to be off the premises by 11.30pm sharp. D E CORAT I ON S Simple decorations such as balloons and candles are permitted. Please note that any flame candles must be in a votive or vase. Taper candles, confetti/scatters and wall hooks are strictly not permitted. All decorations must be removed upon the conclusion of the event (with the exception of installations by Fancy Schmancy) otherwise a $50 clean up fee may be charged. Please note we do not hold items for pick up at a later date. CA N CE L L AT I ON All cancellations are to be made in writing to the Restaurant Manager. If the entire reservation is cancelled within 21 days of the event, 20% of the minimum spend will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. If the entire reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the event, 50% of the minimum spend will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. If the entire reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the event, 100% of the minimum spend will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking.
