Join us for Girl Scout Day at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Saturday, September 15. Girl Scouts, family, and friends are welcome to participate! Girls who renewed their membership during Spring Renewal qualify for a FREE ticket to the event! All other Girl Scouts, volunteers, and family can purchase discount tickets in advance directly from the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo website (August 1 through September 12, 4PM). GSNEO has connected with the Adopt-A-Beach program through Alliance for the Great Lakes for ongoing beach clean-ups. Clear the beach of debris, including plastic waste that is a threat to the health and safety of marine life. Once you're done, you get a cool patch to add to your collection. Bring work gloves, dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes for safety. Don't forget your sunscreen! Look for Girl Scout signs at the beach. 8
