THE BOOKING PROCESS
1. Once we receive your registration, this will be processed.
2. MSDUK will share the exhibitor details to be registered with our Exhibition Supplier, Full Circle, to be added to
their online ordering system.
3. You will be sent an exhibition login to be able to add specific products to your booth package.
4. Exhibitors can order additional stand accessories, electrics, provide their nameboard, submit stand plans and
see details of their orders and stand along with paying for additional items and downloading invoices. This is all
accessed through the Full Circle online ordering system.
5. The Full Circle team are here to support with all elements of Exhibition Booths and can be contacted on
exhibit@fullcircleeventsltd.co.uk or on 0161 393 3949.
6. Full Circle call all exhibitors who have not placed orders to ensure they are OK and fully supported pre-site.
7. Full Circle will have an exhibitor service desk on the event build to help exhibitors on-site both the day of build
and morning before show opens.
