ABOUT NYCWFF 100% of NYCWFF’s net proceeds benefit New Yorkers affected by severe illness and food poverty. The annual Festival showcases the talents of the world’s most renowned chefs, wine and spirit producers, culinary personalities, lifestyle experts and America’s most beloved television chefs, while raising money to support those affected by severe illness and food poverty with God’s Love We Deliver and Food Bank For New York City. New York City’s largest wine and food festival, NYCWFF is widely recognized for its tastings in celebration of America’s favorite foods, intimate dinners with the world’s most celebrated chefs, hands-on classes, educational seminars, wine tastings and more. As New York City embarks on its road to recovery, we are optimistically looking ahead to a live October Festival. We believe it is our duty to aid in the rebuilding of the New York City hospitality industry while supporting New Yorkers in need. There couldn’t be a better time to come back together, support a BizBash named NYCWFF the #1 Food great cause, reconnect and celebrate the NYC hospitality industry. & Restaurant Industry event in New York for the seventh year in a row!

EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES AND RATES WHERE CAN YOU EXHIBIT AT NYCWFF? RATES Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of New York Trade Tasting BEFORE August 1, 2021: $3,500 By-invitation-only event attended by industry professionals and valued customers of Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits AFTER August 1, 2021: $4,000 Friday, October 15: 12:00pm – 5:00pm Grand Tasting • Full payment is due at time of Event open to general consumers registration if paying by credit card; Saturday, October 16: 12:00pm – 5:00pm payment by check is due within 30 days of Sunday, October 17: 12:00pm – 5:00pm registration. • In case of cancellation, NO refunds will be granted for any reason. LOCATION • Three-day participation is required. Pier 76 - Hudson River Park Trust 408 12th Ave, New York, NY 10018 ATTENDEES 18,000 total • 6,000 per day
EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES GUIDELINES • Participate all three days - Friday, Saturday & Sunday. • Serve approximately 2,000 samples per day, 6,000 total. Samples should be easy to eat with a fork, spoon or fingers - no cutting required. • All food must arrive ready to serve, cold/dry storage is available upon request. • No propane or compressed gas. • No on-site sales or cash & carry activity. STATIONS Festival will provide each exhibitor with: • 6’ x 30” front serving table and 6’ x 18” back prep table. • Basic linens, biodegradable serving ware, station and menu signage. • One (1) standard 110v/20amp electrical outlet. CREDENTIALS • Each exhibitor will receive four (4) total working credentials. We are unable to make any exceptions due to limited space at this venue. • No person shall be granted access without a valid credential or ticket. This requirement is strictly enforced.
