The FDM Careers Programme FDM provides quality IT and business training, as well as invaluable commercial experience and the opportunity for rewarding professional development. Once trained, you will be placed on-site with one or more of our clients for a minimum of two years. The Consultant Experience Our people are our greatest assets and are at the heart of our business. Consultant Peer Support (CPS) Programme The CPS Programme ensures that when you get placed, you are connected with a more senior FDM consultant already working with that client to help you acclimatise to your new role. Continuous Development Both during your time in the academy and whilst out on client site, you will have access to e-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Intuition Know-How, providing you with the opportunity to upskill as and when you need to. You will also receive technical support from our Trainers and Product Owners Account Managers The liaison between yourself and the client. They will help to place you in the role and are your point of call during your time on that client site.
