success, allowing very young riders to approach speed races as testify the many national and international

"Federico Fellini behind the scenes in the shots of Patrizia Mannajuolo"

Exhibition at Palazzo del Fulgor
After the exhibition “Fellini between dream and reality: the photographic contribution of Rodrigo Pais” the
photographic appointments at the Fellini Museum continue. An exhibition itinerary that develops along the walls of
the Palazzo del Fulgor headquarters, offering detailed studies and reflections related to the figure and cinema of
the Rimini master. Starting from 10 June and until 4 September, the Fellini Museum hosts the photographic
exhibition by Patrizia Mannajuolo “Federico Fellini behind the scenes” in the Palazzo del Fulgor.
102 years after his birth, the great director relives in the shots of Patrizia Mannajuolo from the set of La città delle
donne. Usually, when portraying celebrities, one is conditioned in some way by a preconceived idea. Patrizia
Mannajuolo in her off-stage photographs, on the other hand, manages to shoot with a free mind and attentive
gaze, capturing moments of rare spontaneity and revealing the characters to us as if she were seeing them for the
first time. Her eyes focus on details already investigated by many, but with a peculiarvision, showing us the true
and genuine Fellini, far from the official nature of public appearances or authorized backstage. In Cinecittà
Theater 5 which was the maestro's “home”, Patrizia explores scenography and sets with the discretion and
malice of a photojournalist, in a memorable sequence of unexpected and revealing snapshots. The inauguration

Re-enactment of the historical fishing: La Tratta
16 and 31 July - 21 August - 4 and18 September 2022
Demonstration of the Rimini maritime tradition by “Rimini per tutti” ONLUS Association
The initiative is an opportunity to discover the sea traditions of Rimini through a re-enactment of the fishing
technique 'La Tratta', a "poor" fishing technique that was in use on the coast from ancient time until the 1950s.
This kind of fishing will be proposed in a practical demonstration with the aim to keep alive the local tradition and
discover the ancient fishing in the Adriatic sea, which has always been a main resource for the seafarer
population in Rimini.
After the fishing demonstration, there will be a tasting of grilled fish, cooked according to the ancient local
tradition, accompanied by 'piada' and local wine.
Anyone wishing to become a fisherman for a day and relive the ancient tradition of 'La Tratta' can just go to the
beach in the afternoon, around 3.00 pm, to prepare for the descent and participate in the collection of the nets on
the following days:
- on July 16 at the Bagni Ricci in Miramare (142)
- on 31 July at Bagno 68 (Lagomaggio area)
- on 21 August at Bagno 89 Lele - Marea Spiagge (on this date the meeting is anticipated at 10 am)

Piazza Cavour in Rimini becomes the theater of the folk dance for the 7th edition of the Balamondo World Music
Festival 2022, three days of ‘liscio music’ and international sound (from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 September) under
the artistic direction of Mirko Casadei. All guests are involved in the experimentation and contamination with the
classics of folk music.
The 2022 program in Rimini brings together the Casadei tradition with Mirko Casadei and a great name of Italian
pop, Max Gazzè, accompanied by his band. On Saturday 3rd September, in jam session with Mirko Casadei and
his Orchestra, Gazzè will also interpret the great classics of Liscio Casadei for the evening dedicated to
the “Notte del Liscio”.
The event that returns to Romagna (Rimini September 3 and Gatteo Mare September 10) pays homage to the

strong popular culture of Romagna, in that cheerful, positive and welcoming identity that distinguishes this land. It

On the beach of Rimini
Scenic lighting effects able to amaze and leave children and adults speechless: these are the Fireworks, still
protagonists of great shows organized by the Local Tourist Committees on the beach of Rimini.

Evening event on the occasion of the Pink Night, when on Friday 1 July at midnight, the fireworks on the sea
illuminate the whole coast in unison.

International regularity rally for historic cars
International regularity car competition, now in its thirty-second edition and reserved for vintage cars (built
between 1919 and 1972). The vintage cars, from all over the world, are engaged in a 1000 km route through the
most evocative towns and as usual make a stop in Rimini where they parade in the historic center and remain on
display in Piazzale Fellini.
Vintage cars arrive in Rimini in the late evening of Friday 16 September.
Saturday 17, the second stage begins, which sees a brand new route: from Rimini to Florence, passing from
Passo La Calla, from Stia, to Passo della Consuma, then the Chianti area, and the break in Borgo Scopeto,
among the tall and narrow cypresses of the Sienese hills. In the afternoon the crews travel along the Arezzo roads
with the Montevarchi and Pieve Santo Stefano checks, towards the Viamaggio pass. San Marino welcomes the
Nuvolari GP with the last group of timed tests of the day and the control in Piazza della Libertà, in front of the
Government Palace of the oldest Republic in the world. The arrival of the second stage then takes place in Rimini,
on the promenade of Piazza Tre Martiri. The day ends with the traditional Gala Dinner in honor of Tazio Nuvolari,
in the wonderful Fellinian setting of the Grand Hotel in Rimini.
On Sunday 18 September the crews are returning to Mantua, leaving Rimini early in the morning.

Cargo bike parade on the occasion of the European Week of Sustainable Mobility
On the occasion of the European Week of Sustainable Mobility, the Cargo Bike Revolution 2022 comes to life.
The festive parade, suitable for all ages, starts from Piazza Malatesta, to reach the Arch of Augustus through
Piazza Tre Martiri, the Cervi Park and stop at the Rimini Bike Park in Via Roma.
The parade then continues on piazzale Cesare Battisti, towards the sea through via Principe Amedeo and the
new section of the Parco del Mare.
The itinerary ends in Piazzale Kennedy with a DJ set, entertainment and some stands to have an aperitif and
enjoy the sunset.
During the journey a patrol of the Local Police will escort the group to allow them to proceed in complete safety.

3x3 basketball tournament and Celebrity Challenge
In mid-September arrives in Rimini, in the Red Bull Half Court playground at Parco del Mare, IBBL Summer
League, a 3x3 basketball tournament, promoted by IBBL Italian Brands Basketball League, a project where the
most popular American sport, Basketball, promotes Made in Italy.
The highlight of the event is the Celebrity Challenge on Saturday 17 September at 5.30pm attended by team
influencers, youtubers and former basketball champions. Among them: Valentina Vignali (Rimini with more than
2.6 million followers), Linton Johnson (former NBA player), Leonardo Decarli, Giovanni Fois, Jakidale, Los

Re-enactment of the historical fishing: La Tratta
16 and 31 July - 21 August - 4 and18 September 2022
Demonstration of the Rimini maritime tradition by “Rimini per tutti” ONLUS Association
The initiative is an opportunity to discover the sea traditions of Rimini through a re-enactment of the fishing
technique 'La Tratta', a "poor" fishing technique that was in use on the coast from ancient time until the 1950s.
This kind of fishing will be proposed in a practical demonstration with the aim to keep alive the local tradition and
discover the ancient fishing in the Adriatic sea, which has always been a main resource for the seafarer
population in Rimini.
After the fishing demonstration, there will be a tasting of grilled fish, cooked according to the ancient local
tradition, accompanied by 'piada' and local wine.
Anyone wishing to become a fisherman for a day and relive the ancient tradition of 'La Tratta' can just go to the
beach in the afternoon, around 3.00 pm, to prepare for the descent and participate in the collection of the nets on
the following days:
- on July 16 at the Bagni Ricci in Miramare (142)
- on 31 July at Bagno 68 (Lagomaggio area)
- on 21 August at Bagno 89 Lele - Marea Spiagge (on this date the meeting is anticipated at 10 am)
- on 4 September at Bagno 68 (Lagomaggio area)
- on 18 September at Bagno 106 / b in Rivazzurra Cocobeach (on this date the meeting is anticipated at 2 pm).

After the inauguration in Ragusa Ibla and the steps in Potenza and Varenna, the exhibition stops in Rimini and is
hosted in the Augeo Art Space, inside Palazzo Spina.
The ten leading designers of DDD are Eleonora Castagnetta Botta, Agustina Bottoni, Virginia Cei, Natalia Criado,
Astrid Luglio, Stella Orlandino, Caterina Licitra Ponti, Margherita Sala, Marta Sansoni and Ilenia Viscardi.
A game of free backstages, as in a baroque theater, the selected pieces of contemporary design.
The exhibition is curated by Federica Sala, with installation by Sara Ricciardi. Organized by the PioManzù
Foundation.
