ORGANIZER: CTTC-E and Luxembourg Table Tennis Federation in cooperation with
                 ETTU Eurotalents Programme and China Table Tennis College,
                 Chinese Table Tennis Association, supported by ITTF and Tibhar.

Important information:

Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 evolution in various parts of Europe,
including Luxembourg, ETTU and CTTC-E are closely monitoring the pandemic
situation. Substantial negative changes of the situation may lead to a cancellation of
the event at any time.

Therefore, registrations are considered conditional. Updates will be provided as soon
as additional information is available. Thus, it is suggested that participants make
flexible and/or reimbursable travel plans as no costs will be reimbursed by CTTC-E /
ETTU in case of cancellation.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND DEADLINE FOR
ENTRIES:

Associations should sent their entries NOT later than 12th August 2021 to

ETTU will cover all full accommodation cost for all invited players and one
coach / NA

For all other accompanying persons the accommodation price will be 65€ / day /
person. This includes accommodation and food (3 meals per day), local transport and
free transport to and from Luxembourg airport, train or bus stations.

Cancellation of participants is possible till: 22th August 2021.

For cancellation after 22th August 2021, CANCELLATION FEE of 120€ will be
charged. No cancellation will be charged if the cancellation is due to COVID-
19 illness, documented by a positive test result.

ACCOMMODATION AND VENUE:

The National Sports Institute of Luxembourg (I.N.S.) is located in Cents-part of
Luxembourg City.

Please note that only players and their coaches are accepted for the full
board accommodation at the training camp.

Due to the current COVID-19-situation only one coach per participating NA
can be accepted for the camp.

Please also note that players from different NA’s may be accommodated in
one double room (with priority given to players from the same NA to be
accommodated in the same double room).

Free Internet and Wi-fi are available in the hotel.

HYGIENIC GUIDELINES

Full detailed Hygienic Guidelines will be published not later than August 5th.

All participants (players and coaches) should be tested negative for COVID-
19 on PCR test between 6 and 8 days before arrival and send test result to
the organiser (fltt@pt.lu) latest on August 25th 2021.

All participants should be tested negative for COVID-19 on PCR test within
72 hours before entering the country and send test result to the organiser
(fltt@pt.lu) latest on August 28th 2021 latest.

All participants are encouraged to be careful at least 14 days before travelling to the
camp and not meet too many people, not to visit crowded places, to keep safety
distance, wear face masks where necessary, to regularly disinfect and wash hands etc.

All participants (even the ones vaccinated in their country) will have to
undertake an Antigenic test at the venue on the day of the arrival (August
29th 2021)

Participants who fail to provide negative PCR test results on the dates required or are
tested positive on the Antigenic test on arrival, cannot participate in the camp and will
be denied access to the training camp venue and hotel.

Additional Antigenic tests might be undertaken during the camp.

Participants needing a PCR test for returning to their home country shall inform the
host at the same time than confirming their participation. The host will arrange the
required PCR testing possibility at the participants’ cost.

In case someone is tested positive during the stay in Luxembourg, he/she cannot
anymore participate in the training camp and will have to to stay in hotel room
isolation for 10 days. Persons that have been in close contact with a positive tested
participant might also be required to undergo isolation if such will be required by the
Luxembourg Health Administration. Each Association is responsible for the full
quarantine cost of their accredited persons.

TRANSPORT:
ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES

You can be picked up from the following airport free of charge: Luxembourg-Findel
(3 km). Additionally we can pick you up free of charge from Luxembourg railway
station.
For those coming with their own vehicle, there will be free parking close to the hotel.

MEETING FOR COACHES:
A meeting with the coaches and the Head Coach is scheduled on August 29th at 8
pm.
