UNRESTRICTED EDUCATIONAL GRANTS
Educational grants will be used to defray the costs of the congress
as an educational activity. Unrestricted educational grants of €20’000
or above are welcome. Donors will be acknowledged pre- and post-
congress under the heading “Unrestricted educational grants”:

GENERAL INFORMATION
Venue Registration
The congress will take place at the Maritim Hotel in Berlin, Germany. The registration fee includes access to the congress sessions, delegate
