Delegate information
Places can only be booked online at www.associationofbreastsurgery.org.uk and payment can be made
using a valid Visa/Mastercard, debit or credit card. Please note payments cannot be made using Amex.

Delegates will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt after completing the registration process
online. Should you have any queries regarding you booking please contact the ABS Conference Secretariat on
abs@profileproductions.co.uk or please call 020 3725 5840.

Rates for the 2020 conference are as below, please note anyone wishing to attend the ABS conference in
Bournemouth must register before Monday 8th June. After this time, ABS cannot guarantee that places will
be available to book.

Cancellations and substitutions
Cancellations must be received in writing by Monday 23rd May 2020, when a refund of the fee, less a 10%
administration charge will be made. After this date, no refunds can be made.

Substitutions, however, may be made at any time but the conference organisers must be notified in writing at
least four days prior to the conference.

  Mammary Fold Meeting

  The Mammary Fold’s pre-ABS meeting will take place
  on the afternoon of Sunday 14th June.

  The programme will be available in due course on
  the website: www.associationofbreastsurgery.org.uk

  Mammary Fold members can register for this online
  as part of the conference registration process.

 Notice of AGM
 The Association of Breast Surgery’s AGM will be held on
 Monday 15th June 2020 at 18:10 in the Tregonwell Hall, at the BIC, Bournemouth.

The ABS 2020 conference will take place at the Bournemouth International Centre, more information can be

Accommodation
Bournemouth offers a wide variety of accommodation. An accommodation service is being provided
by Business Events Bournemouth. It offers a range of hotels in the town at a negotiated rate. Delegates
are advised to book their room as early as possible to secure this rate as rooms will be released once the
conference is less than a month away.

  Tickets should be booked in advance online and cost £65 for upper rate delegates
  and £45 for lower rate delegates.
