ERASMUS+.- WORK PLAN September, 2019 – August, 2022 (P: Local activities – P3: Leaders’ meeting in Spain – C: Mobilities) Nº Description of mobilities Start date Partners and other activities involved P1 Leaflets with information to the parents 9/2019 All Each school partner will create a brochure (in its native language) giving information about the main project contents. This material will be distributed between educational community members (students and families). Partners will also publish this information on their websites and social networks. Each country brochures will be published on the Results Platform by the project coordinator. P2 Setting a Erasmus+ corner at each school 9/2019 All An Erasmus+ corner will be created in a visible place of the school by each school partner. This corner will include (in English and in their native language) the project title, the partners schools and countries names. It will be used to publish the activities which will be performed in the project course (photos, posters and materials) Partners will exchange its Erasmus+ corners photos through eTwinning and the common website. The coordinator will publish each partner school photos in the Results Platform. P3 Transnational meeting between the national leaders in 21st-24th/10/2019 National Spain for purpose of project management leaders -Reminder of the project contents. -Distribution and coordination of the tasks and responsibilities -Establish system of communication, diffusion of results and evaluation plan between participants. -Coordination of the working contents at local meetings of teachers in own countries. -General agreements on the programming of transnational meetings (common criteria for the selection of participants, initial teacher training, safety and insurance, transport, accommodation and schedule) -Training of the participants of the transnational meetings in Europass certifications. -Agreements on the development of upcoming local activities. -Training and agreement on the creation and design of common website, on creation of eTwinning project and on Twitter account. -Management training on economics of project. -Evaluation of initial project. P4 1st local meeting teachers training and project 11/2019 All management Points to treat: - Project contents reminder. - Communication between participants, Results Diffusion Plan and Evaluation Plan. - Working groups (Group A.- Transnational meetings set-up and logistics/Safety, Group B.- Local activities planning and development. Group C.- Communication/Translation/Diffusion) - Teacher training and registration on eTwinning. - First mobility to Germany (teacher selection and initial training) - Video production (in English) in which pupils introduce their teachers involved in the German transnational meeting, to be
published on eTwinning. - Planning of local activities (logo selection, gender equality manifests and brochures on the rights and duties) P5 eTwinning project beginning 11/2019 Polish team The Polish partner will create the project on eTwinning and it will and all include all project sections for general diffusion. Later, all teachers will be registered on TwinSpace to start communication and good practices, and the exchange of educational resources, innovations, project results and evaluations. Both communication and exchange will be performed through video conferencing, digital newsletter publication, reports, text documents, images and videos. According to the European Data Protection Law, the publication of participants own data to the general public will be avoided. Each partner should put together the written authorisations of people appearing in images or videos in advance. P6 Twitter account and website common creation 11/2019 Italian team The common web page will be created by the Italian partner (from a financed domain with the coordinator partner project management funds). It will include all project sections for general diffusion. After creation, all activities and project results from each partner will be added. The published information will be shown through computer graphics, digital newsletters, text files, images and English videos. A common Twitter account also will be created by this team to share the details of the project with the general public. According to the European Data Protection Law, the publication of participants own data to the general public will be avoided. Each partner should put together the written authorisations of people appearing in images or videos in advance. P7 Project logo creation competition 11/2019 All Partner schools will propose a drawing competition between their students to create the project logo. Competition rules: - A8 support. - Free technique. - Pupils can be helped by their families. - Logo must have: “S&F”, European Union flag and also partner country flags. Each school jury (staff) will chose by democratic vote the best three drawings, which will be treated in the next transnational meeting. Participant teachers in the meeting will choose the winner drawing by democratic vote. The selected logo will be used as corporate image of the strategic partnership. P8 Local manifestos to achieve school gender equality 1/2020 All Each partner school will create a manifesto which includes measures to achieve the gender equality in its educational community (pupils, teachers and families). Methodology to perform this activity will be chosen by each school staff, although students and families participation should be taken into account. Created manifestos will be translated into English and will be published on both, eTwinning and common website P9 Local posters and brochures creation on the rights and 1/2020 All duties of the project participant schools educational community members Each partner school will create a poster and a brochure on the rights and duties of pupils, teachers, families and the school methodology to perform this activity will be chosen by the staff at each school,
although students and families participation should be taken into account. Created materials will be translated into English and will be published on eTwinning as well as in the common website. C1 1st Transnational learning, teaching and training activity 17th-21st/2/2020 German in Germany (Cancelled) (Cancelled) team and all 1st day: Welcome meeting and presentation of the schedule and (Cancelled) activities. 2nd day: Educational Community Welcome Ceremony and Brief presentation of the educational system and school specific topics. 2nd - 3rd - 4th day.- Overview on the project topics: - Lecture: The two phases of teacher training in Bavaria: university and teachers seminar. - 3 Workshops: “How to improve motivation and competences of pupils by giving them more responsibility for their own learning process and in school life: classroom democratic”, “The pupils’ school ambulance training course” and “Pupils as peer mediators” - Job shadowing: classroom hospitation (presentation of good practices and teacher discussion) - Meeting with the parents association 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th day.- Cultural events: - Herzogenaurach, the City of Adidas and Puma. - Nature-forest-adventure: a visit to the Franconian countryside in wintertime. - History, production and taste of typical Franconian food and drinks. 4th day: Brief meeting with the major and local government of Herzogenaurach, media and press. Common summary at the end of the meeting, through videos or presentations made during mobility by each national team. P10 2nd local meeting for teachers training and project 10/2020 All management - Work groups exhibition (Group A.- Transnational meetings set-up and logistics/Safety, Group B.- Local activities planning and development. Group C.- Communication/Translation/Diffusion) - Second mobility to Italy (teacher selection and initial training) - Videos production (in English) in which pupils introduce their teachers involved in the Italian transnational meeting. Then they will be published on eTwinning. -eTwinning and common website publication review. -Planning of next local activities (first training meeting for families and Grandparents Day) - Selection of local materials to be included in the first results newsletter and publish on the Etwinning platform. P11 First local pupil families training meeting conference 3/2021 All “Family home education: health and childcare” Each partner school will inform its pupils’ families about a conference in its school concerning these topics: - Healthy diet and nutrition. - General hygiene and oral health. - Psychological and emotional health. - Physical activity and rest. - Accidents and illnesses prevention. This activity will be financed from each partner project management budgets. Schools could hire experts to direct this training. In case the activity is performed in non-school hours a free playground service will be offered for children of participating families.
P12 First results newsletter edition 3/2021 Danish team The responsible partner for this task will create a digital newsletter which includes: - Newsletter title. - Results of local activities (photos, text files, testimonials ...) carried out so far (from P1 to P9: published by each partner on the Etwinning platform) Finally, the created materials will be sent to the coordinator for validation. P13 Local “Grandparent’s Day” celebration (On-line activity) 4/2021 All Partner schools will perform an activity in which pupils’ grandparents could participate (also other relatives): - Pupils will make invitation letters to grandparents and older relatives. - Children will perform activities with the aim to thank their oldest family members. - Guests could perform testimonies, songs, poems and games from their childhood in the school or through videos (in case they can’t attend on the celebration date) C2 2nd Transnational learning, teaching and training activity 24th-28th/5/2021 Italian team in Italy and all 1st day: Welcome meeting and presentation of the schedule and activities. 2nd day: Educational Community Welcome Ceremony, meeting with the local government of Magnago and brief presentation of the educational system and school specific topics. 2nd - 3rd - 4th day.- Overview on the project topics: - Lectures: “School, family and democratic society: cooperation and co-responsibility in Education” with Arrigo Speziali (Acle founder) and Francesco Dell’Oro. “The flipped classroom as good teaching practise: Why and How” with Michael Aliprandini (Acle Teacher Trainer) - Workshops: "Pact School-Family", "Practices for the reception of foreign students and anti bullying plan”, “Innovative teaching methodologies: Cooperative Learning, Flipped Classroom, Coding” and "Extra-curricular plan in cooperation with parents (Associazione genitori Leone): English summer camp in Magnago with native language people” - Job shadowing: "Playing chess with students and families (Live chess board game)", "School workshops with parents, teachers and students (Leonardo Da Vinci shared craft workshops)”, “Sing along…parents and students” and "School Vegetable garden activity and dinner with students, parents and teachers" 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th day.- Cultural events: - Visit to Sforza Castle, the center, The National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. -Darsena and Navigli District. - Lake Maggiore and Borromeo Islands. - Gastronomic tasting of the region. 4th day: Common summary at the end of the meeting, through videos or presentations made during mobility by each national team. P14 3rd local meeting for teachers training and project 6/2021 All management Points to deal with: - Diffusion of teacher experiences and observed contents by participant teachers at the Italy meeting. - Work groups exhibition (Group A.- Transnational meetings set-up and logistics/Safety, Group B.- Local activities planning and
development. Group C.- Communication/Translation/Diffusion) - Common website and eTwinning publication revision. - Third mobility to Poland (teacher selection and initial training) - Videos production (in English) in which pupils introduce their teachers involved in the Polish transnational meeting. Then they will be published on eTwinning. - Selection of local materials to be included in the “Second results newsletter” and publish on the Etwinning platform. P15 Second results newsletter Edition 9/2021 Danish team The responsible partner for this task will create a digital newsletter which includes: - Newsletter title and partnership logo. - Partners presentations (text files) about the experience and the dealt contents during the second transnational meeting in Italy. - After second transnational meeting evaluation results report (submitted by Spain in text files). - Results of local activities (photos, text files, testimonials ...) carried out so far (P13 and C2: published by each partner on the Etwinning platform) Finally, the created materials will be sent to the coordinator for validation. P16 Mid-term evaluation (Cancelled) 6/2021 Spanish Coordinator will elaborate a mid-term evaluation report provided by its (Cancelled) team National Agency based on the national leaders’ contributions. These (Cancelled) results will be based on: the Results Exploitation and Diffusion General Plan and Evaluation General Plan analysis (until now). All strategic partnership direct recipients will have taken part. The report will be shared between partners through TwinSpace and it will be sent to the National Agency on the scheduled date. C3 3rd Transnational learning, teaching and training activity 25th-29th/10/2021 Polish team in Poland and all 1st day: Welcome meeting and presentation of the schedule and activities. 2nd day: Educational Community Welcome Ceremony and Brief presentation of the educational system and school specific topics. 2nd - 3rd - 4th day.- Overview on the project topics: - Lecture: “Possibilities of preventing school absence and leaving at the early stage of education” (Trainers: Methodologist from the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce) - Workshops: (Exchange and dialogue between teachers on good practices and educational innovation): "Superheroes Academy – together against bullying", "Culture-integrated workshops in the local Museum of Folk Instruments”. - Job shadowing: "World dances education for children and adults", "Theatre performance in local Culture Centre" and "Outdoor urban game for families" 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th day.- Cultural events: - Visit to Kielce: the Energy Education Centre in Kielce, the Old Town. - Visit to Warsaw: the Old Town, Wilanów Palace, Copernicus Science Centre. - Gastronomic tasting of the region. 4th day: Brief meeting with the Mayor and Councilmen of Szydlowiec City Council, local media and press. Common summary at the end of the meeting, through videos or presentations made during mobility by each national team.
P17 4th local meeting for teachers training and project 11/2021 All management Points to deal with: - Diffusion of teacher experiences and observed contents by participant teachers at the Poland meeting. - Work groups exhibition (Group A.- Transnational meetings set-up and logistics/Safety, Group B.- Local activities planning and development. Group C.- Communication/Translation/Diffusion) - Common website and eTwinning publication revision. - Fourth mobility to Spain (teacher selection and initial training) - Videos production (in English) in which pupils introduce their teachers involved in the Spanish transnational meeting. Then they will be published on eTwinning. - Planning of next local activities (“Leonardo Da Vinci” workshops) P18 Local shared crafts workshops “Leonardo Da Vinci” 11/2021 All For this activity “Learning Community” methodology will be used” (Learning community – educational model based on social inclusion practices and principles, dialogue and equality between school community members) to perform cooperative workshops between pupils, families and teachers. In these workshops, inventions created by Leonardo Da Vinci will be used, reproduced and exposed. C4 4th Transnational learning, teaching and training activity 21st-25th/2/2022 Spanish in Spain team and all 1st day: Welcome meeting and presentation of the schedule and activities. 2nd day: Educational Community Welcome Ceremony and Brief presentation of the educational system and school specific topics. 2nd - 3rd - 4th day.- Overview on the project topics: - Lecture: “Keys to achieve family participation in school” (Trainers: Team “We share education” of the University of Murcia) - 4 Workshops: "Plan for the reception of new students, teachers and families", "Plan of school coexistence", “Plan for the prevention of absenteeism and early school leaving", “Plan to reconcile family, school and working life " and " Implica-2 Educational Innovation Project " - Job shadowing: "Theatre performance with families", "Activities with grandparents" and "World dances with parents" 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th day.- Cultural events: - Visit to the historic center of Murcia: Cathedral and Platería-Trapería streets. - Visit to Cartagena: Roman theatre, Naval museum and Archaeological museum. - Gastronomic tasting of the region. 4th day: Brief meeting with the Mayor and Councilmen of Torre Pacheco, media and press. P19 5th local meeting for teachers training and project 3/2022 All management - Diffusion of teacher experiences and observed contents by participant teachers at the Spain meeting - Work groups exhibition (Group A.- Transnational meetings set-up and logistics/Safety, Group B.- Local activities planning and development. Group C.- Communication/Translation/Diffusion) - Common website and eTwinning publication revision. - Fifth mobility to Denmark (teacher selections and initial training)
- Videos production (in English) in which pupils introduce their teachers involved in the Danish transnational meeting. Then they will be published on eTwinning. - Planning of next local activities (video conferences between students, degree of student and family satisfaction of its schools, second family training meeting and shared tutoring) - Selection of local materials to be included in the “Third results newsletter” and publish on the eTwinning platform. P20 Students from different countries video conferences 3/2022 All Partner school teachers will schedule a brief group contact in English (20 minutes) between students from 10 to 12 from two different countries. A video conference will be designed through TwinSpace, in which students will present their school and some of the local activities performed until now. Each school will choose a teacher responsible for preparing and rehearsing this activity with a selected student group (around 15- 20). Both teachers of the countries participating in the video conference must coordinate a fixed date, time and the contents of the call. P21 Third results newsletter Edition 3/2022 Danish team The responsible partner for this task will create a digital newsletter which includes: - Newsletter title and partnership logo. - Partners presentations (text files) about the experience and the dealt contents in the third and fourth transnational meeting in Poland and Spain - After third and fourth transnational meeting, assessment results report (in text file submitted by Spain) - Results of local activities (photos, text files, testimonials ...) carried out so far (C3, P18 and C4: published by each partner on the Etwinning platform) Finally, the created materials will be sent to the coordinator for validation. P22 Satisfaction degree local assessments of student families 4/2022 All with their schools School partners will perform a collective assessment with students and families. Survey guideline models will be provided by the coordinator. After that, partners will design their own evaluation instruments for children complete at school and families at home. Later, results will be summarised into a useful report to know the degree of sense of belonging of students and families and the value they give to the educational service offered. P23 Second local pupils families training meeting conference 4/2022 All “Actions at home to prevent learning difficulties in school”. Each partner school will inform its pupils’ families about a conference in its school concerning these topics: - Stimulation at home for a proper education. - The appearance and warning signs of learning difficulties. - Family expectations of their children academic future. - Appropriate and more suitable complementary or extracurricular activities. - Specialised resources available for learning disabilities.
This activity will be financed from each partner project management budgets. Schools could hire experts to direct this training. In case the activity is performed in non-school hours a free playground service will be offered for children of participating families. P24 Shared tutoring local meetings 5/2022 All For this activity, all school students groups will perform a classroom meeting with their parents. - The most important contents learned throughout the school year. - The most significant activities. - The most difficult thing learnt. - The funniest thing learnt. The coordinator will provide a guidance “PowerPoint” presentation which could be used by partners in order to make the activity more motivating and visible. C5 5th Transnational learning, teaching and training activity 16th-20th/5/2022 Danish team in Denmark and all 1st day: Welcome meeting and presentation of the schedule and activities. 2nd day: Educational Community Welcome Ceremony and Brief presentation of the educational system and school specific topics. 2nd - 3rd - 4th day.- Overview on the project topics: - 2 Workshops: “Inclusive learning environments” and “The “Danish way of collaboration between school and families” - Job shadowing and participation in lessons at Bohrskolen. - Meeting and discussions with parents represented in the local school board. 1st - 2nd - 3rd- 4th day.- Cultural events: - A visit to Ribe – the oldest town in Denmark. - A visit to the Wadden See National Park. 4th day: - Brief meeting with local government, University, media and press: meeting with the local paper and director of the schools in the municipality of Esbjerg. - Common summary at the end of the meeting, through videos or presentations made during mobility by each national team. P25 6th local meeting for teachers training and project 6/2022 All management -Diffusion of teacher experiences and observed contents by participant teachers at the Denmark meeting. -Common website and eTwinning publication revision. -Final assessment. - Selection of local materials to be included in the “Fouth results newsletter” and publish on the eTwinning platform. P26 Fourth results newsletter Edition 6/2022 Danish team The responsible partner for this task will create a digital newsletter which includes: - Newsletter title and partnership logo. - Partners presentations (text files) about the experience and the dealt contents in the fifth transnational meeting in Denmark. - After fifth transnational meeting, assessment results report (in text file submitted by Spain) - Results of local activities (photos, text files, testimonials ...) carried out so far (from P20 to P24 and C5: published by each partner on the Etwinning platform) Finally, the created materials will be sent to the coordinator for validation.
P27 Common evaluation and final report 6/2022 Spanish Coordinator partner will elaborate a final evaluation report provided team by its National Agency based on the contributions of national leaders. These results will be based on: the Results Exploitation and Diffusion General Plan and Evaluation General Plan analysis. All strategic partnership direct recipients will have taken part in it. The report will be shared between partners through TwinSpace and it will be sent to the National Agency on the scheduled date.
