DESCRIPTION:
The office bearers of energy club conducted,DOODLE-the-MOODLE,a doodle art
competition for the students of Easwari Engineering College which was held from 1-6-2020 to 8-6-
2020.The theme of this competition was “Life in Quarantine”. All the doodles were posted in the
energy club’s official Instagram page. The main motive behind this competition was to encourage one
to bring out one’s innovative thoughts in the form of doodles.The winners were selected based on the
judge’s decision. The first prize was awarded to Shivaani(ECE 2nd year),who received a cash prize
and an E-certificate.

DESCRIPTION:
The Energy club of EEC conducted, SPILL THE INK, the writer’s craft competition for
the students of Easwari Engineering College which was held from 10-7-2020 to 16-7-2020 for
INTERNATIONAL YOUTH SKILLS DAY.The theme of this competition was “An untold
journey of your life”. All the writings were posted in the energy club’s official Instagram page. The
main motive behind this competition was to provide a platform for thriving writers to showcase their
legible talents.Many students have participated in this event with great interest.All the participants
were given a participation certificate.

A story that says, “I survived".
The Energyclub of SRM Easwari Engineering college joined hands together with Thozhan foundation and
conducted a webinar on the 8th of august 2020 in the zoom meet.The event started off with “Introduction of Thozhan
foundation “,when was it formed by one of the participants.
After this brief, our chief guest started his speech by explaining Indian road network and NCRB report on road
accidents, Why they’re increasing day by day and also the reason for traffic jam and the Do's and Don’ts in road.
He then went on to explain about how to control road accident and how to create an accident free nation. After we
saw about what are the Rally and awareness campaign they have done so far. After ending this rally and awareness
sessions, They have started to speak about “Good samaritan law” and how to be a “Good samaritan “.
After explaining about Good samaritan, they have started to ask questions like How to assist an accident victim?
What are the steps to be followed when we go for helping an accident victim? How to overcome other 3 issues in
helping victim? Why we shouldn’t hesitate to help road accident victims any longer? After they gave an answer to those questions, there was a doubt clarification session. Lastly, “Arun aravind twins" an instagrammer gave us their valuable thoughts and expressed their gratitude towards thozhan foundation . It was a wonderful evening and also a very inspirational speech. It was really informative for the students attending the webinar. The event concluded with the “pledge “ by Ms.mubeena. she is a member in Thozhan foundation and then students dispersed.

DESCRIPTION:
The Energy Clubof Srm Easwari Engineering College conducted an online technical quiz
event “Einstein’s Mind Lab” on 22nd August 2020 and 23rd August 2020.Registration
period was from 16th august 2020 to 21st august 2020.The quiz event contained two
rounds.First round consisted of 25 questions which were posted in google forms with a time
limit of 22minutes.Out of 90 participants 20 were selected for the second round depending
on their scores .Second round was conducted through zoom and it consisted of 25 picture
questions.According to the partcipants’ scoring 3 were selected as winners.The motive of
this event was to enhance the technical knowledge of the participants.The winners were
given E-certificates.

DESCRIPTION:
BINGO, THE ZINGO
The Energyclub of Easwari Engineering College conducted MINDSWEEPER, A Technical Bingo game where
the students had fun in playing that game and at the same time it was a game which tested the knowledge of the
students in a great enjoyable way. The event started with a Welcome speech, followed by listing out the instructions
for the game.
After clearly understanding the game, the students participated with great zeal and they answered all the questions
enthusiastically. In order to bring out the talents, every student was given equal opportunity to answer the questions.
After a clear discussion we declared three winners for the game. Every winner was awarded with exciting cash prize
and others were issued Participation certificates . It was such a wonderful evening and it ended with a vote of

The Energy club of EEC conducted ,PLASTIC PICASSO, the junk-art competition for the
students of Easwari Engineering College which was held from 20-09-2020 to 24-09-
2020.The theme of this competition was “Non-Biodegradable and Non-recyclable
products”. This competition was conducted through online mode. Along with the
description the participants mailed their before and after pictures of the junk art work to the
club mail id. All the art works were posted in the energy club’s official Instagram page.
Many students have participated in this event with great interest. All the participants were
given E-certificate.

DESCRIPTION:
The Energy Club of SRM Easwari Engineering College conducted a product designing competition on 26/09/2020.
Registration period was from 20th September 2020 to 25th September 2020. The event was conducted through
Google Meet and the participants were asked to present their designed, eco-friendly product. Registration for this
event was through Google Forms. A team consisted of 3 to 4 members. Participants were asked to sketch the model
of their product and explain it’s features and functions through a presentation consisting of 5 to 10 slides containing
pictures and sketches of those product. Each team was given 7 minutes to present and explain their product.
Depending on their creativity, presentation, feasibility of the product and time management, the winners were
selected.The motive of this event was to create awareness among the students to use Eco-friendly products and to
enhance the product designed by the students towards public.

The Energy Club of Easwari Engineering College conducted a paper presentation event
on 13/02/2021.Registration period was from 29th January 2021 to 6th February 2021.The
event was conducted through Google Meet and the participants were asked to present their
ideas on a technical basis.Registration for this event was through Google Forms. A team
consisted of 3 members. Participants were asked to prepare a presentation on technical topics
of their own choice.Each team was given 10 minutes to present and explain their topic.
Depending on their creativity, presentation, oratory skills and time management, the winners
were selected.The motive of this event was to make the participants be bold in public speaking

The Energy Club of Easwari Engineering College conducted an online technical event “Blockle” on 11th
February 2021. Registration period was from 29th January 2021 to 6th February 2021 through google form . Mr.
Vignesh, asst. professor of EEE department was the judge for the event. Participants were given a random topic
with 2 minutes time for preparation and they were asked to block and tackle the topic as instructed by the judge.
Participants participated actively blocking and tackling the topic accordingly. Based on spontaneity, relevance, humor
and content, top three performers were awarded the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd prices. The motive of this event was to
enhance both debating skills and the technical knowledge of the participants. The participants and the winners were

made their memes and concepts in their way of presenting. We considered all the
innovative & creative concepts in a funny and thoughtful way. We encouraged all the

The event was conducted on google meet along with an online application kahoot . The students had a great time learning new things in the event .The event started with a Welcome speech, followed by listing out the instructions for the game.After clearly understanding the game, the students participated with great zeal and they answered all the questions enthusiastically in the application.Their rapid answers set the event on fire.The results were declared based on Kahoot’s ranking and three winners were announced . It was such a wonderful evening and it ended with a vote of thanks. And all the participants were given E-certificates and the winners were featured in our Instagram page .
