Accomplishments

   Title I Distinguished School for GA
   Applied to become FY21 National NSEA Distinguished
    School
       This award for excellence is only awarded to two schools from
        each state.
       High Point was one of six Title I schools in Fulton county eligible
        to apply for this award based upon its ranking in the top 5% on
        the single 2019 CCRPI score.

What is a Title I school?

   Title I is a federally funded program designed to
    ensure that all children have a fair, equal, and
    significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality
    education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency on
    challenging state academic standards and state
    academic assessments.

   Schools qualify for Title I funds based on the school's
    percentage of students who meet the criteria to
    receive free or reduced lunch.
