DINOSAURS OF THE GOBI Long before the days of Genghis Khan, the Tarbosaurus ruled Mongolia. 230 to 65 million years ago dinosaurs roamed this east Asian country. Since then, many notable paleontological discoveries have been made throughout the country, and fossils are still being uncovered today.
