IMPACT GERMANY SOLMOVE Smart Streets support the goals of the German government: Auszüge aus dem Erneuerbare Energien Report 2019 des Bundesamtes für Naturschutz • Bei konstantem Verbrauch müsste die erneuerbare Energieerzeugung mehr als versiebenfacht werden, um die erforderliche Dekarbonisierung des Energiebereichs zu erreichen. • Der zukünftige erneuerbare Energiemix sollte den umfassenden Ausbau von Photovoltaik, insbesondere auf bereits bebauten Flächen und Windenergie verfolgen und dabei die Entwicklung besonders effizienter und verträglicher Technologien fortsetzen. • Zukunftsaussichten bieten sich hier neben der weiteren Erschließung durch Aufdach-Anlagen z. B. in der Integration in die Gebäudehülle oder Verkehrswege. Solche Lösungen stellen aus Naturschutzsicht konfliktfreie Optionen dar, da sie nicht „in der Fläche“ verortet werden müssen und so die „freie“ Landschaft entlasten. • Förderung nach EEG sollte künftig auch an die Flächenkulisse gekoppelt werden. • Strombasierte Anwendungen sind die effizientesten Optionen im Wärme- und Verkehrsbereich. Die Energiewende mit einer strategischen Neuausrichtung dieser Bereiche und dem Ausbau der Sektorkopplung ist daher voranzutreiben. 13
