  Dubai Quality Appreciation Award in April- 2009.

ISO 9001 standards relates to quality management systems and are designed to help
 organizations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders.

Jawhara has quality management system complying with ISO 9001:2008
standards since 2007. Al Jawhara Gardens hotel was the first hotel in Dubai
has ISO 9001:2008.

HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and pharmaceutical
safety that addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of
prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food
industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions can be taken
to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. The system is used at
all stages of food production and preparation processes including packaging,
distribution, etc.

Al Jawhara Gardens hotel is the second 4-Star Hotel in Dubai with HACCP
(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), the international food and safety
standard used to analyze potential food hazards and identify measures to control
them, Al Jawhara Hotel Apartment is the first deluxe hotel apartment to be
HACCP certified in Dubai.

Jawhara is also among the first to be certified by TUV Middle East for Food Safety
Management system complying with HACCP codex procedures and FDA retail
guidelines from Dubai Municipality to ensure food safety for the consumer
guest/employees). Jawhara’s Executive Chef was the first Arabic chef to be
HACCP certified in the Middle East.

The Dubai Quality Award is based on the Excellence Model of the European
Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). it is a process for recognizing
role model organizations. It is also a process for providing organizations with
a ‘roadmap’ to achieve excellence through the adoption of good practices and
soundly-based approaches that are deployed systematically and are
continuously measured and reviewed.

memorization of the Quran sponsored by the government of the U.A.E.

Jawhara Hotel Apartments hosted the Dubai Intl. Holy Quran Award
competition for consecutive 2 years from 2005-2006. For its eminent
hospitality , Jawhara was appreciated by Dubai Intl. Holy Quran Award
office.

The Halal Journal, is to promote and strengthen the Halal industry
worldwide; to be a gathering place for news, information and opinion; to
acknowledge and encourage excellence in the Halal industry. As part of this
aim, there is a program of International annual awards, The Halal Journal
Awards, to celebrate and honor success, innovation and hard work in this
exciting emerging market, instigated by KasehDia Sdn Bhd, the publishers
of The Halal Journal. The Halal Journal Awards, in several different
categories, which will be presented during The Halal Journal Awards Gala
Dinner held during the World Halal Forum in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,

2009’ in ‘Tourism Sector 'by Prime Minister of Malaysia- Tun Abdullah

   During Holy month of Ramadan, Jawhara team initiated to clean 10 masjids in
    Dubai. As appreciation against this efforts, Jawhara received appreciation
    certificate from ‘Islamic Affair and charitable activities department’.

The UAE Web awards were initiated with the objective of providing an avenue for creative
expression for web developers and web designers in the UAE. In the technology driven world

    Crescentrating 1 to Crescentrating 7 based on the facilities and the services

   Non-Halal activities

   Recreation facilities and services

    Hotels rated from 1 to 3 are considered "helpful" to the Muslim Travellers. Hotels
    which are rated 4 to 5 go beyond being "helpful" and accomodate certain specific
    requirements of the Halal conscious travellers. Hotels with a rating of 6 to 7

Al Jawhara Group of Hotels & Apartments won the Arab Achievement Award-
2010 for “Leading Islamic Hospitality Industry” by Arab Investment Summit 2010,
