Freezer Partnership Requirements:
Retailer has the choice of a single door or double door freezer from Minus Forty through
Aloha at a much lower price than buying direct.
Retailer chooses which manufacturers they would like to stock in the freezer (1 vendor per
section).
Retailer, Aloha and Manufacturers all have an investment in the freezer.
Retailer will sign a Three Year Partnership Agreement and agree to the following:
Retailer will only stock product from the manufacturers who are partnering in the program.
Retailer will only purchase those items only from Aloha during the duration of this agreement.
Retailer will maintain the ISO given to them by the manufacturer partner.
Account must be in good standing and kept in good standing.

NEXT STEPS: ALOHA’S FREEZER ORDERING PROCESS
Your Aloha Sales Representative will contact the Manufacturer/Vendor Representative at onset to get approval for use in store. This will
save time in the vendor approval process and reduce the freezer delivery time to the retailer. Target response time is 5-7 business days,
excluding holidays.
Once Vendor Approval is received, Aloha Sales Representative will submit the Freezer Program Sell Sheet, Signed Freezer Agreement and a
check for retailer portion made payable to Aloha (Please include the page(s) from this book that are applicable to your freezer purchase) to
Karenza Corder. Incomplete forms will be returned to the Aloha Sales Representative to complete.

Once all applicable paperwork and payment have been received, the freezer order will be placed with Minus Forty through Aloha. Delivery
time for freezer is 4-6 week.
When the freezer ships from Minus Forty, Aloha’s Accounting Department will be notified. MF Invoice will be forwarded to the Retailer and
Aloha Sales Representative. Retailer and Participating Vendor(s) will then be billed appropriately.
Any ISO’s will then be submitted to Aloha’s Invoicing Department for fulfillment.
A Third Party Delivery Service picked by Minus Forty will call the retailer to arrange delivery. This usually happens within 3 business days of
freezer shipping.
Aloha Sales Representative and Vendor Representative will follow up with the retailer to ensure proper delivery, answer any questions and
arrange for staff training if needed.
