AUDIO VISUAL PRICE LIST Audio Visual Meeting Packages Thank you for choosing Pechanga Resort & Casino for your meeting venue. These packages for small, medium and large-sized meetings are designed for convenience, ease of use, and also include a friendly and superior technical support staff to help ensure your presentation runs smoothly. Special packages, additional equipment, and custom set-ups are available as well. All prices are per day except where noted and do not include service charges, additional labor charges, or power consumption fees. Summit Ballroom Data Projector Package $1,500.00 This package is tailored specifically to our Summit Ballroom and sectioned Ballrooms. Included in this package are a Christi model 2K20 projector with 20,000 lumen of brightness for your presentation, your choice of (18’x32’) or (12’x21’) 16:9 format screens, and all cable connections as required for you professional event. For a flown screen and projector, add $3,900 for rigging costs. - Flown $3,900.00 Grand Ballroom Data Projector Package $900.00 This package is tailored specifically to our Grand Ballrooms. A high lumen image is projected on a 10.6’x14’ drop down screen. Additional screens, projectors, monitors, scan converters/switches, short or long throw lenses, pipe and drape, lighting systems and sound packages may be added in order to create the size and scope of presentation befitting your event. Standard Meeting Room Dual Projector Package $650.00 Standard Meeting Room Data Projector Package $500.00 These packages are for events taking place in our standard size meeting rooms and for clients with up to 100 attendees. Included in these packages are: - 8000 ANSI Lumen Data Projector - (6’ x 8’) Drop Down Screen or 6’ or 8’ Tripod Screen - 6’- 25’ VGA Cable (Longer Cable Added for “Larger Room” Sets) - Extension Cord - Power Strip All AV Equipment Subject to a 21% Service Charge Revised 10/26/19
Data Projector Support Package - Large Rooms $300.00 For our clients who have their own data projectors, we supply any or all of these items. This price includes technical support in the event the laptop or projector has any problems. This fee is not optional for client-supplied projectors. This package is an extremely effective way to hold larger conferences. By patching the call into our house sound system and utilizing a telephone interphase device, allowing all attendees to listen comfortably without feedback.
