Welcome to our Spring/Autumn/Summer 2021 Day Trips and……Short Breaks!
THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HAVE TRAVELLED WITH US SINCE WE DECIDED TO OFFER OUR FIRST DAY TRIP IN JULY 2020, WE HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED AND VERY
HUMBLED AT THE SUPPORT THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO US. YOUR COMPLIMENTARY AND ENCOURAGING WORDS HAVE PROVED INSPIRATIONAL IN THESE DIFFICULT
TIMES. NEW THIS YEAR IS OUR SELECTION OF SHORT BREAKS TO PLACES OF INTEREST THAT ARE OUT OF REACH FOR A DAY TRIP.
WE HOPE THAT YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT ATTRACTS YOU!
It remains our opinion that everyone should have the option to build their own day trip making their own choices as to what to include. With this in mind, we have
continued to keep our choices very simple and have only included the extras as listed in each tour description where we feel their inclusion would add to the
enjoyment of your day. Tourist attractions continue to be affected by local or national restrictions throughout the UK. When considering your day trip, please
telephone/refer to the websites of the venue you wish to visit as there may well be visiting restrictions.
Should we need to reconsider operating your Day Trip or Short Break, we will re-schedule the journey in the first instance. If this proves impossible we will either offer
a credit against a future trip or a full and immediate refund of the monies paid. Either way, your money is 100% secure!
Our vehicles are as safe to travel on as they can be, we have received many positive comments backing that up. We have on-board sanitising machines, hand sanitisers
at each entrance and hand washing facilities on board too. Your temperature will be taken when boarding and we restrict carrying capacity to just 50% to ensure
social distancing. For as long as it is legal and/or best practice to do so, we will insist on face coverings being worn too. Our vehicles are nearly new, meticulously
maintained and spotlessly clean and our driving staff are selected for not only their driving ability but also their inter-personal skills and attention to detail.
We feel that our overall package is particularly difficult to beat, why not come and judge for yourself?!

Booking Terms and Conditions
Keeping things simple and transparent is at the heart of everything we do, the Terms and Conditions below should be simple to understand but if you have any
questions, please do ask! Please note that we have made every effort to secure reservations at all our destinations. However, many organisations are not responding
due to employee working restrictions so the content of each trip may have to alter, we will advise accordingly if this is the case.
Day Trips
a) Payment and Prices payment is due in full upon reservation, the prices given in the descriptions are per person
b) Amendment, postponement or cancellation by us - we reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel a Day Trip. We will advise everyone affected by the amendment, postponement or cancellation of
each Day Trip.
i) Amendment by us - of course, we would hope that our amendment would not be to the detriment of your Day Trip. However, in case it is, you may opt to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund
of the monies paid or we can hold your payment as a credit against the cost of a different Day Trip/Short Break of your choice.
ii) Postponement by us - we will advise of the alternative date that the Day Trip will operate. You will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund of the monies paid, or we can hold your payment as a
credit against the cost of a different Day Trip/Short Break of your choice, or transfer your booking to the new date
iii) Cancellation by us - you will receive a full refund of the monies paid or you could opt to hold your payment as a credit against the cost of a different Day Trip/Short Break of your choice.
c) Cancellation by you - we aim to be as flexible as possible with all our clients. Should you need to cancel your reservation please do call us in the first instance and we will assist as much as we can.
Short Breaks
a) Payment and Prices- a deposit of 25% is required upon reservation with the balance due 6 weeks before departure, the prices given in the descriptons are per person

iii) Cancellation by us - you will receive a full refund of the monies paid or you could opt to hold your payment as a credit against the cost of a different Short Break/Day Trip of your choice.
c) Cancellation by you - we aim to be as flexible as possible with all our clients, please always call us first before deciding your course of action. Should you still opt to cancel your reservation please refer to
the sliding scale below:
Booking date to 42 days before departure - 25%
41-21 days before departure - 50%
20 days-day of departure - 100%
NB. IT IS VITAL that you have your own travel insurance
arranged so that you are covered for all eventualities.
Please ensure that you are sufficiently insured to the
level you require. If you would like to receive an
insurance quotation from us, please do ask.

PLANS FOR WINTER 2021/2022 to SUMMER 2022
We intend extending our Day Trip programme to include visits to specific events as they unfold after restrictions are removed. Whilst organisers are understandably cautious at
planning anything just yet, we are sure that the UK tourist industry will oblige and set up a myriad of ideas to tempt us back into travelling once more!
We are planning extended tours to; The Scottish Highlands-8 days, The Malverns-5 days, The Lake District and Borders Country-6 days, Northumbria and the Lowlands-6 days and
The Fens and Coast of Norfolk-3 days. These Short Breaks will include visits to places of interest and give you the option for free time for your own local exploration.
Please do not hesitate to contact us to register your interest in any of these Short Breaks. Should you have a specific Short Break or Day Trip destination or idea in mind we would
be delighted to hear from you!
