Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24th December 2019
Breathe in the scent of mulled cider as you join us on Christmas Eve
for a sparkling Champagne reception with carol singers, while a
thousand twinkling lights and shimmering ornaments create a
spectacular festive ambiance in the Compass Lounge. Let the
atmosphere take over and enjoy the hotels as the holiday season fills
the air.
This evening experience fine dining and exemplary service in our AA
award winning Restaurant 1881 with a sensational 4 course meal,
followed by fabulous live entertainment in our Devonshire Suite.
Later, warm drinks and home-made mince pies will be on offer by
the fire for those returning from midnight mass.
Christmas Day, Wednesday 25th December 2019
On Christmas morning wake up to the mouth-watering aroma of a
full English breakfast and freshly baked pastries being served in the
restaurant, all accompanied by a celebratory glass of Bucks Fizz and
then spend the morning at your leisure.
Your choice of Christmas lunch will be served over 5 courses in the
elegance of Restaurant 1881. Father Christmas will be joining us
with gifts before the Queen’s speech is shown in our Library. In the
evening our resident pianist will play traditional Christmas melodies
whilst a yuletide buffet is served in the restaurant. After guests are
welcomed to relax with a drink or take part in the entertainment and Grand Christmas Packages

The evening celebrations commence with a pre-dinner drinks and canapé

We look forward to welcoming you on Christmas Eve with a delicious
home-made mince pie and aromatic mulled cider served in our cosy
Marine Bar. The evening’s festivities will commence with a drinks
reception, followed by a 3 course evening meal and entertainment.
We will be serving homemade delicacies and hot drinks for those
returning from midnight mass.

Start your day with your choice of full English or continental breakfast
accompanied by a celebratory glass of St. Clements fizz and spend
the morning at your leisure. A festive traditional 3 course lunch will
be served, followed by after dinner games and the Queen’s speech.
In the evening, a festive plated buffet will be served and classic
movies will be played in our parlour room.
Boxing Day, Thursday 26th December 2019
After a leisurely breakfast, spend the morning as you wish. Lunch will
be served in our restaurant during the afternoon, then with a
wonderful plated buffet in the evening, followed by music and
dancing.
Friday 27th December 2019

A warm welcome and a glass of sherry with a mini Winter Cream Tea will
be waiting to greet you in the lounge bar of The Falmouth Hotel from
3pm until 5pm, the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy a quiz to
start your festive stay. Our cocktail and canapé reception starts at
6pm, followed by a Gala dinner served from 7:30pm and then dance
the night away with a DJ until midnight.

Start your day with a hearty Cornish breakfast served from 7am until 10am,
after which you can enjoy a stroll along the sea front or take in a few of
the local sights or enjoy a relaxing drink in the bar. Our traditional
Christmas Day lunch is served from midday until 3pm. In the afternoon
we will be showing (and re-showing for those who do not finish lunch in
time!) the Queen’s speech while serving our Head Chef’s delicious
Christmas cake. The evening gets underway with a light buffet from
6.30pm, followed by in-house entertainment and games for your
enjoyment.
Boxing Day, Thursday 26th December 2019
Start Boxing Day with a delicious Cornish breakfast and enjoy the rest of the
day your way. Perhaps join in the Falmouth Hotels family treasure
hunt, book a trip to the National Trust Garden or enjoy one of our Spa

Our New Year’s Gala Ball evening celebrations commence at 7pm with a

night away, taking time to countdown to midnight and toast to the New

Deposit
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £150 per person
is required at the time of booking.
Payment
Full non-refundable payment for all packages is required with any pre-orders by the
1st December 2019. Prices quoted are per person, per package and based on 2 adults sharing.
Double rooms for single occupancy will carry a single occupancy supplement of 50% of the
2nd person charge. Prices are correct at time of going to print and unless stated otherwise
are based on 2 people sharing. VAT is included at the standard rate and any gratuities are
at the discretion of the customer. We recommend that guests consider taking out
insurance cover in the event of a cancellation.
Dietary Requirements & Notifications
Our food is produced in a kitchen that uses nuts, nut products, shellfish, fish, wheat, milk,
eggs and soybean. Whilst we will do all we can to accommodate guests with food intolerances
