What is Cyber Security Awareness Training? Cybercriminals take advantage of users’ trust, fear, greed, and plain old human errors. Security awareness training teaches users to spot phishing, avoid risks online, and use good cyber- hygiene practices at work and at home. EUI 2

Modules: Phishing, Malware, Social Networks eLearning Module structure course • Short introductory video • Slide presentation – the course content • Assessment- Few questions to review key points (the feedback is given only to the user) Module duration –from 20 to 30 minutes EUI 8
eLearning course: delivery methods The awareness training can be delivered through the two e-learning platforms used at EUI depending on the category of user you are belonging: • The EUI eLearning: BrightSpace platform; it is mainly used by the Academic community • The internal eLearning platform (Moodle); it is mainly used by administrative staff members (e.g. training on physical Safe and Security measures).
