Commercial Risk Management’s case management works in conjunction with the adjuster and employer to facilitate the appropriate medical care while recognizing, questioning, and managing co-morbidities or other unrelated medical conditions. Our case managers can assist in eliminating the need for unnecessary or unrelated treatment, prolonged lost time and in many cases, legal involvement. Utilizing case management at the appropriate time and on the appropriate claims is an integral tool for controlling medical expenditures and consequently, indemnity exposure. Our Case Managers report directly to the adjuster and the adjuster remains involved and completely in control of the direction of your claims. Commercial Risk Management has an established referral criteria to assist in identifying claims that could benefit by the Case Management Unit. However, we also offer customized referral criteria that are unique to your business needs. Have questions or would like more information about the services our Case Management Unit offers? CRM’s Annual Client Dinner at the Claims Management & Leadership Conference 2020 brought many disappointments and cancellations of many exciting events, including WCCP’s Claims Management & Leadership Conference in Bonita Springs, and our Annual Client Dinner at this conference. 2021 was a different story. Everyone was excited and more than ready to return to this wonderful conference and to our annual dinner. The dinner was held in the Cove, a private room, at Tarpon Bay Restaurant. It was a wonderful evening of dining and socializing with many of our clients to include W.S. Badcock Corporation, Pasco County, City of Cape Coral, Cleveland Clinic/Martin Memorial, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, NCH Healthcare, Brooks Health System, and agents with BKS Partners. Also in attendance were special friends, Stacy Hosman and Tanyea Griffin. The food was amazing and the company was even better. We hope to see many of our clients next year for another wonderful evening.
