Co-ordinating activities                                                       $450.00

  All staff services in relation to co-ordinating and interment or cremation. Services
  of a licensed funeral director to consult with family members. This may include
  co-ordinating the initial transfer from the place of death, obtaining and filing vital
  statistics, scheduling with the cemetery / crematorium, coroner (if required) and
  other necessary contacts, preparing and placing newspaper notices. Overseeing
  all other staff functions to implement the arrangement, including clerical and
  accounting support, 24-hour telephone answering and maintenance of
  administrative facilities.

Transport remains - initial (25km)                                            $150.00

   Transfer of the deceased from the place of death (Residence, Nursing Home or
   Hospital) to our Funeral Home holding facility within a 25 km radius of the
   establishment.

   Additional mileage charge after 25 km is $2.45 / km (one way) for all vehicles

Documentation - Permits, forms, etc.                                          $120.00

   Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and
   supplies requested, including, but not limited to, death registration, burial
   permit, coroner’s certificate for cremation, documentation necessary to ship the
   body out of the country

Transfer / Administration Vehicle (within 25 km)                              $175.00
   This vehicle is required to transfer the deceased from place of death to the
   funeral home

Aftercare Support                                                         $285.00
This kit includes assistance through our Aftercare Program to complete and organize
most of the government letters and applications (CPP Death Benefit, Survivor
Benefit, cancellation of SIN, driver’s license, health card, accessible parking permit,
passport etc. and notifying the Credit Bureau).
Kit includes organizational folder as well as an information booklets with template
letters and phone numbers to both government and private institutions and estate
checklists.

Disbursements
Disbursements are charged to the client at cost and are subject to change without
notice. These may include:

Payment, Financing and Funding Options

We are proud to offer various payment, funding and financing options to our clients.

Payment
Unless otherwise specified, payment is due within 30 days of signing the contract.
Payment may be made by cash or cheque. Financing charges apply to payment
plans. Beyond the allotted time, interest will be charged at a rate of 1.5%, which is
equivalent to 18% per annum (APR). If you are pre-paying for services or supplies,
pre-authorized chequing is also available.

Financing (Pre-arrangements only)
Our payment plans give you the option of making payments over time. We offer a
competitive financing program, administration fees and interest rates.

Funding (Pre-arrangements only)
For your convenience, we offer two funding options when prepaying services or
supplies. When prepaying, you pay for the services and supplies today and the
money will be used to pay for the services and supplies when they are delivered at
the time of death.

Trust: You may pay the money directly to us and we will place it in trust, where it will
accrue interest until the contract is fulfilled (when the services and supplies are
delivered) or the contract is cancelled.

Insurance: You may purchase an insurance contract where the proceeds of the
insurance contract will be used to pay for the services or supplies at the time they
are delivered or the contract is cancelled.
