Title of the document: Corporate Social Responsibility Document No. 0002 ! Version: I.1 Effective Date: 15 March 2015 ! Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY INTRODUCTION Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is crucial to the LINQ family of companies and its values. LINQ and its affiliates, including but not limited to ERYS Group and LINQ Experts, are committed to behaving ethically, safeguarding the environment and building positive links with the communities and environments where we operate. Our goal is to create conditions of safety and security, including in hostile environments, to enable our clients to pursue the balanced and effective development of their activities. Our operations and offices around the world have an impact on thousands of people. We strive to ensure that this impact is positive for all our stakeholders: employees, clients, shareholders, subcontractors, local communities and populations, and public authorities. All our actions are guided by the principles of sustainability. We strongly believe that only by combining political and economic progress with social responsibility, ecological balance and ethical behaviour will current and future generations be able to lead secure and dignified lives. This belief guides our work. To support it, we conceived these Corporate Social Responsibility Guidelines, which define our vision and approach and will be the basis of an annual LINQ CSR report, drawn up in accordance with the most advanced international rules and guidelines1. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 LINQ intends to comply with the European Directive on non-financial and diversity information disclosure by certain large undertakings and groups: Directive 2014/95/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014. ! 3
Title of the document: Corporate Social Responsibility Document No. 0002 ! Version: I.1 Effective Date: 15 March 2015 ! Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY The principles set out in this document, together with our accompanying Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, provide a framework to guide all LINQ affiliates in the implementation of their work and operations. OUR CSR VISION LINQ regards Corporate Social Responsibility as a main part of our business strategy. Security cannot be delivered as an entirely external intervention but requires a broader approach based on working with local populations rather than simply protecting against threats. LINQ and its affiliates support a socio-economic approach to delivering security services, based on creating value for all stakeholders, including local communities. LINQ companies take responsibility for the effectiveness and the quality of their work, for their staff, and for society and the environment. LINQ experience is that the correct observance of our ethical and CSR rules has a real impact on the working lives of our personnel and on the local communities where we operate. It is therefore crucial to strictly monitor the observance of these rules in order to ensure they are properly applied. Responsibility for developing corporate sustainability is located at top management level. Compliance with our policies is monitored by the LINQ CAP Strategic Committee. OUR CSR APPROACH AND REFERENCES LINQ and its affiliates focus on five main CSR subjects: > Environmental matters > Social matters > Employee matters ! 4

Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY > Human Rights matters > Anti-corruption and bribery matters These areas of action have been developed on the basis of a number of voluntary commitments at international level, underlining our determination to adhere to the principles of corporate sustainability. The key voluntary commitments and standards that guide LINQ’s work include: > The United Nations Global Compact > The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN human rights covenants, the European Convention on Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights > The International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and its Follow-up > The Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights > ICoC – International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers ENVIRONMENTAL MATTERS As a participant in the global economy, LINQ has a role to play in protecting the environment. A basic principle that LINQ and its affiliates respect in all its activities is the need to deal responsibly with the environment and natural resources. ACTIVELY PROTECTING THE CLIMATE We are committed to protecting the world’s climate and environment. As part of our systematic approach to sustainability issues, LINQ companies must set themselves ambitious targets, which should be regularly reviewed and refined. ! 5
Title of the document: Corporate Social Responsibility Document No. 0002 ! Version: I.1 Effective Date: 15 March 2015 ! Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY LINQ companies must make all efforts to reduce the intensity and the production of greenhouse gas, with the aim that our offices should be carbon-neutral by 2020. In order to achieve this, LINQ companies are significantly reducing their CO2 emissions, using renewables instead of fossil fuels and offsetting unavoidable emissions. The specific steps that we are taking include: > Introducing certified green electricity at our offices according to national legislations > Using modern conference technology to reduce the need for business travel to a minimum > Encouraging staff to use the train for business trips for short distances > Providing staff at our offices with travel passes that enable them to travel by public transport at reduced cost > Replacing corporate vehicles with small vehicles with hybrid or electronic technologies MINIMISING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT IN OUR OFFICE OPERATIONS In our procurement of goods and services, LINQ companies must be careful to consider the environmental and social impacts of their choices. For instance, we should use environmentally friendly office materials and energy-efficient computers. Several actions can be listed as examples of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact: > Replacing paper payslips with equivalent electronic services > Increasing the monthly number of electronic invoices ! 6

Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY > Creation of an online recruitment tool, the website www.linqexperts.com, helping to significantly reduce the amount of paper CVs and resumes circulating within our offices SOCIAL MATTERS LINQ companies should encourage their people to use their expertise, skills and time to respond effectively to the needs of the local communities in which they operate. Examples of this approach include: > As part of the LINQ Corporate Social Responsibility program, in 2014 LINQ’s Board of Directors decided to invest in several projects dedicated to improve the living conditions of certain local communities > LINQ and its affiliates support their employees in participating in several charity runs and volunteer projects. Specific partnerships with non-profit organisations, aimed at creating shared value and helping communities, will be established by 2016. EMPLOYEE AND HUMAN RIGHTS MATTERS OUR PEOPLE People are at the heart of LINQ’s corporate social responsibility approach, both at central and local level. LINQ aims to support its people from the moment they join one of our affiliates and throughout their career within the Group. ! 7
Title of the document: Corporate Social Responsibility Document No. 0002 ! Version: I.1 Effective Date: 15 March 2015 ! Applicable to: All LINQ Companies Status: COMPANY PROPRIETARY LINQ and its affiliates are committed to fair human resources (HR) policies based on: > Gender Balance and Non-discrimination > Implementation of the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organisation > Providing good working conditions > Social dialogue > Health and safety at work > Supporting local communities Ethical policies relevant to these areas are described in the LINQ’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. A particularly important HR factor for LINQ is diversity. By encouraging an open- minded attitude towards others, acceptance of diversity cultivates solidarity and ensures cohesiveness and effectiveness within our teams, which operate in various contexts and environments and are continuously in contact with people from different backgrounds. LINQ companies must make every effort to ensure that differences between people act not as a brake but as a driver of individual fulfilment and collective creativity. Whether through our recruitment processes, which must exclude discrimination of any kind, or by increasing training opportunities for our employees, among other initiatives, LINQ companies must strive to develop the skills and potential of every employee. LINQ companies should seek where possible to employ local people and transfer know-how in areas where they operate in order to support local communities and economies. ! 8

SUBCONTRACTORS AND CONSULTANTS Respecting human rights forms part of the commitments expected of LINQ suppliers and subcontractors. Specific guidelines are presented in LINQ’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. COMMUNITIES LINQ companies should seek to employ local people, to work with local communities and to develop partnerships with them.
