DECEMBER 2018 KEEP UP TO DATE WITH THE PROGRESS OF THE TIMBERYARD, DEPTFORD. CONSTRUCTION D evelopment on Plot 2 is underway, and we expect to complete this Plot in January 2020, ready for UPDATE occupation in Spring/Summer 2020. Construction works will commence on Plot 4 (facing Evelyn Street) in Spring 2019. Lendlease and their consultant team have been developing the design of Plot 6 in accordance with the original planning permission and will be submitting a Reserved Matters application in the coming weeks. Plot 6 is situated on the north-east side of the Timberyard site, bound to the north by Oxestalls Road and to the east by Grove Street. Plot 6 will comprise approximately 180 apartments across 3 buildings, rising up to 8 storeys in height. The application will include extensive landscaping and public footpaths that will connect to the existing Surrey Canal Way to the north. The timetable and programme, though subject to change, is expected as follows: • Reserved matters submission planned late-December 2018. • Determination by LB Lewisham anticipated Spring 2019 • Anticipated start on site: Spring / Summer 2021 The final piece of land, previously occupied by the Shell petrol filling station was acquired on 30 November 2018.
