Cost/Payment – Supporters
• The minimum cost of the Supporters’ Tour is £1,795.

• This is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room.

• A deposit of £300 is payable on booking and is non-refundable.

•The remaining balance can be paid via monthly direct debit of £213.57 from 1st February 2022 – 1st August 2022 (7 payments).

• You will still need to make your booking through the Complete Cricket booking system and any additional payment due must
 be made by arrangement through BACs or Stripe on a structured payment plan provided by Complete Cricket.

FAQ’s: COVID-19
1. Does my child need to do a PCR test to get into Dubai?.
As it stands, we will all need to take a COVID-19 PCR test before departure and present the certificate at check in. This needs to be done within 72 hours of departure (tests
should be private not NHS in order to get the results in time). We may then be required to undertake a further COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. All tests need to be paid for by
yourselves, not Complete Cricket. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from testing. *This may change closer to the time of departure.

2. Is travel insurance included?
 Personal/individual travel cover is not included and should be purchased separately.
 Complete Cricket have COVID-19 related insurance for the touring party which includes the following circumstances:

• If passengers test positive for COVID-19 or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive, they are insured for a 100% refund if they cannot travel.
• If a passenger’s tour is extended as a result of contracting COVID-19, their medical expenses are covered.
• A member of Complete Cricket staff to chaperone them will also be covered.
• If the tour cannot go ahead due to changes in quarantine rules or for any other COVID-19 reason, full refunds will be issued.

3. What are the COVID-19 precautions like in Dubai/how will you minimise risk whilst on tour?
 • Sporta tour staff are fully vaccinated and will test regularly whilst liaising with our team
 • Sporta buses are sanitized daily, and drivers always wear masks
 • Airlines, hotels and other suppliers always operate strict hygiene requirements
 • PCR tests can be conducted in your hotel before return to the UK, if required
 • Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible
 • Policies such as sitting in the same seat on the bus every day for transfers can help to mitigate the risk of infection spreading.

FAQ’s: GENERAL
1. How much extra money will my child need to take with them?
£20 per day will be sufficient but if they want to take more they can. There is a safe in each apartment to put valuables in.

2. How will children be able to wash their kit?
There are washing machines in the hotel apartment; Complete Cricket staff will do their washing for them.

3. Baggage Allowance – how should they bring their kit?
Each person is given 30kg luggage allowance, which may be split across 2 bags. We suggest taking a zipped-up cricket bag as well as 1 smaller suitcase. Additionally, each
person can have 7kg of carry-on hand luggage.

4. What happens in terms of passports being looked after?
We will always have the children’s passports apart from when they need to have them in the airport.

5. Who decides the rooming list?
We will put together a rooming list based on age-appropriate sharing. Please let us know if there is anyone you would want to share with or someone you would not like to
share with.

6. What is the standard of the opposition like?
The standard of the opposition will be matched to ours. We have very good representatives through ‘Sporta Tours ’ in Dubai who can provide us with an array of opposition
ages and abilities to suit our needs.

7. Will the children all get equal cricket opportunities?
Yes. Every child will participate in every match. We will rotate the batting and bowling order evenly throughout the matches as well as rotate fielders on and off the pitch to
give players time out of the sun to rest and rehydrate.
