Visitors • Visitors will be limited to the vestibule areas unless they are doing business on the campus such as repairs or delivery. • Visitors that are doing business on campus will have a temperature check and symptom check to be granted access to the building. • If an item needs to be brought to school for a child, it should be labeled with the child’s name/ teacher’s name and placed on the cart inside the vestibule. We respectfully request that parents limit the number of items they drop off to essential items only.
Transportation • School Buses will be sanitized daily. • Students are expected to wear face coverings on the bus and will be sitting in assigned seats. • The transportation department will oversee the daily sanitation of buses.

Health and Safety Protocols CLEAN DESKS BETWEEN CLASS CHANGES • Teachers will facilitate the disinfection of desktops with approved cleaners AVOID SHARED SUPPLIES • Students will use their own supplies in the classroom and Specials’ classes

Arrival Procedures • Bus Riders/ Walkers will be temperature-checked prior to entering the building. • Car Riders will be temperature-checked at their vehicle. • Prior to 7:30, students will enter the front of the building • 7:30-7:50, students will enter at one of the following locations: • Prekindergarten: Cafeteria entrance (back of the building) • Kindergarten: East entrance (far right of the building) • First grade - Fifth grade: Front of the building or Back of the building
Transition Families will be notified of one day during the week of August 3- August 7 to attend Week for with their child in order to prepare for the 2020-2021 school success. The Phase-In of parent/ guardian will attend for approximately two hours while the student should be prepared to remain the Students entire day.
Students will be dismissed to their assigned locations through staggered announcements: Dismissal • K: Kindergarten Hallway • 1st & CDC: Front of the building • 2nd: West of the building, use the rear Procedures entrance drive • 3rd-5th: Back of the building (under the awning) • Students will be socially distanced as they wait
