An account must be set up to register online. Follow the instructions below. CommunityPass is a secure site that the Town of Clarkstown is now using for program and facility registrations. Please follow the instructions below to set up your family account. **If you already have a CommunityPass account from another organization or community, please use your existing username and password to log in and register for programs offered through this organization. You do not need to create a new account.** 1. From a computer with internet connection, GO TO: register.communitypass.net/clarkstown or go to Town Hall, Recreation & Parks, Registration, Register Online. 2. Click on the blue box that says “Create an Account” on the left side of the screen. 3. Make up your own User Name (no spaces allowed) and Password in the Log In Information. 4. Scroll down and enter your Primary Account Information (The adult you want listed as the Head of the Household must be 18 or older). **Please make sure to put in your mobile number and provider and check the box to the right if you would like to receive alerts via text messaging.** 5. Click on the orange “CREATE” box. 6. Read Privacy Policy, Accept, and click on the orange “FINISH” box. 7. This should take you to the Main Page, click “VIEW ACCOUNT” on the bottom right. 8. This is not an instructional program. Only those registered will be allowed in the pool area during this time. No children will be permitted in the facility. Senior Citizens Programs All seniors need senior citizen ID cards to use our community centers, Stay Fit and pools. This card is free and expires 5 years from when they are issued. You must come in and show residency for a new card. Expiration date is on the front of the card. Please contact the registration office with any questions. BOATING INFORMATION Private boating permits are available to residents of Clarkstown for use of privately owned nonpowered boats (electric motor allowed) on Congers Lake. Your boat must be inspected at Congers Lake Memorial Park before the permit can be validated. Applications for permits are available online at www.clarkstown.org (under Recreation & Parks-Permits & Applications), or at Congers Lake Memorial Park (where the boat will need to be inspected), or at the Recreation & Parks office. The craft must be a car top mount type. Boat Inspection Time: April 4 - October 14, 2022 Monday - Friday - 2:30pm-4:00pm • Tuesday evenings - 7:00pm-8:15pm • Saturday - 11:00am-1:00pm at Congers Lake Memorial Park The boating season will be from May 1st through October 31st, weather permitting FEE:$15.00 per permit.
