• To establish a viable and sustainable Baptist Bookstore that shall cater
to the doctrinal needs of individual believers and churches here and
abroad
• To establish a Baptist Broadcasting Studio that shall cater to the infor-
mation, promotion, and other communication related demands of the
Church and fellowshipping churches, and as well as the CBBCLB-
operated schools and other Christian schools here and abroad
• To establish a Printing Office that will cater to the printing needs of the
Church and fellowshipping Baptist churches here and abroad as well
as CBBCLB-operated schools and other Christian schools
• To spearhead the exercise of the Priesthood of the Believer by en-
couraging believers to be fully resolved and surrendered as prayer
warriors and ultimately building a prayer tower for the exercise of
such office
• Lot area needed: Baptist Bookstore (30 sqm), Printing Office (20 sqm),
Baptist Broadcasting Studio (200 sqm), underground chamber (30
sqm)
BEACON OF THE GOSPEL
• To develop and thereby establish a strong, committed Gospel Team
which will spearhead evangelistic meetings as part of the initial steps
in establishing outreaches, mission works including revivals of the
same here and abroad
• To establish a Clearinghouse which will spearhead in monitoring the
needs of mission and soulwinning endeavor of the Church and other
fellowshipping churches who will be supported by the CBBCLB’s mis-
sion mandate
• To develop a Missionary Training Center which will encourage be-
lievers to be in full-time service as well in providing the training needs
of called-out missionaries
• Lot area needed: 200 sqm.
BENCHMARK IN CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
• To establish a center of Christian Education that shall further advance
the tenets of Bible-based, Church-centered and family-oriented
education
• To transform the CBBA-LB into a premier Christian University that
caters to the basic and tertiary education needs of individual Chris-
tians
• To stablish a Department that will cater to the technical skills of
believers
• Lot area: CBBC-LB’s present location (2,831 sqm)
CHANNEL FOR INVESTMENT
• To establish a viable and sustainable Baptist Food Center which will
cater to the needs of the Church and its ministries, not only during
activities but the day-to-day and all-year round needs of members and
other netizens, merchants shall be for members and be taught Bible
financial literacy
• To establish sustainable Agro-economic farm where directly involved
members can be immersed and be able to be sustained there and live a
comfortable life and that the other proceeds of the farm will be used
for the Church’s lot and building development
