How to book
Please confirm availability of your preferred function
with The Deanwater and make a provisional booking.
Complete and return the enclosed booking form with a
non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person within 14 days.
Your reservation will be confirmed in writing along with
a pre-order form for food and wine to be returned when full
payment is made.
Full payment and pre-orders for Party Nights
are required by 26th November 2021.
Full payment and pre-orders for New Years Eve
are required by 10th December 2021.
Please make one payment per party for both
the deposit and final balance.
All payments are non-refundable/non-transferable and cannot
be used to cover food/drinks for other members of the party.
The minimum age for our Party Nights and
New Years Eve Dinner Dance is 18 years old.
Smart dress code applies to all Party Nights.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel or change the
function suite should minimum numbers not be met.
Discounted drinks packages for our Christmas Party
Nights (page 5) only available if pre-ordered.
Packages cannot be ordered on the night.
