TERMS & CONDITIONS Christmas Party Nights and Festive Celebration Carveries A non-refundable deposit of £10pp is required to secure the booking, this is to be paid at the time of booking. Any booking not confirmed with deposit within 7 days will automatically be released Christmas Party Night pre-order forms and Christmas Dinner Menu at Jospers Restaurant, Pre-order forms are available at www.chimneycorner.co.uk. Pre Orders and final balances are due 3 weeks prior. Any changes made to the pre order or booking under 3 weeks prior will be subject to availability. Once full payment is made, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made. Accommodation A credit card number is required on booking; this is used as a guarantee. Full payment is required on arrival to the hotel, any extras added on throughout your stay will be charged on departure. Cancellation Policy: Please be aware the Chimney Corner Hotel operates a strict 24hr cancellation policy, any rooms cancelled after this will be charged the full amount. On Group Bookings of 4 rooms or more, our cancellation policy is one month prior to arrival, any rooms cancelled after this date will be charged the full amount. Methods of Payment: Cash, Debit, Credit Card, BACS, Cheques (Not accepted within 7 working days of the date). Non-card methods of payment will require a £75 refundable cash deposit, at the time of check-in. The Chimney Corner Hotel operates a strict dress code, no trainers or sports clothing at any time, please see website for further clarification.
