TENNO KITCHEN MENU “EL MAGNAR DE STI ANI” The flavors of the past, the forgotten recipes, the smells of domestic kitchens, the most intimate tradition of Trentino as nobody tells to guarantee the highest quality of our dishes, we use ingredients preserved by the technique of blast chilling, frozen and vacuum packed. The dishes marked with the symbol * may have undergone these processes. The allergen register is available to all guests at the bar: if you have allergies or intolerances ask us for help and we will be able to better explain all the preparations of our dishes. However, we cannot exclude cross-contamination that can derive from the preparation of our dishes in a single kitchen.
