“EL MAGNAR DE STI ANI”
    The flavors of the past,
     the forgotten recipes,
the smells of domestic kitchens,
 the most intimate tradition of
    Trentino as nobody tells

to guarantee the highest quality of our dishes, we use ingredients
 preserved by the technique of blast chilling, frozen and vacuum
     packed. The dishes marked with the symbol * may have
                  undergone these processes.

     The allergen register is available to all guests at the bar:
 if you have allergies or intolerances ask us for help and we will be able to
better explain all the preparations of our dishes. However, we cannot exclude
cross-contamination that can derive from the preparation of our dishes in a
                                 single kitchen.

OUR STORY
                ALWAYS US, SINCE 1909

                1909
The great-great-grandfather Santo
 Stanga acquires the Antica Croce:
       shop and restaurant.

                1964
Grandfather Remo, his wife Marina
 and aunt Bice with their mother
Mariota after the war started again
   and expand the restaurant

                1979
 The sons Ettore, Flora and Paola
  make the cuisine famous in the
             region

                2020
   Luciana, Ettore and Daniele
 continue the tradition: 111 years of
        family restaurant!
