You’ll find all our festive offerings here. We’ve made sure there’s
something for everybody, with our seasonal menus, special events,
Christmas cocktails and private party options.
From the cool, contemporary Peddler via the traditional community
Galloping Horse inn, to the historic charm of the Dockray Hall, our
unique properties all offer special places to celebrate with your families
and friends, colleagues and team-mates.
After all the disruption of Covid, we’re delighted to be able to celebrate
the festive season properly this year. We will nevertheless have some
measures in place for everyone’s safety and thank you in advance for
your understanding. We’d particularly like to take the opportunity to
thank our customers for their support and loyalty over what has
been a tough time for all of us.

Steeped in history with roaring log fires and centuries of stories and fables,
all in the heart of Penrith. There can be no more traditional setting to
celebrate Christmas than the Dockray Hall.
We can accommodate parties of up to 60 people in the main inn whereas
the Garden Room is the perfect setting for a gathering of around 20 people.
