Christening Parties
If you are having your baby/child christened or baptised it
is traditional to host a party/reception for your guests after
the church service. Rolls-Royce Leisure has a selection of
rooms and a wide range of catering options for you to
choose from for your party.
The Trent Lounge is suitable for up to 50 guests. If you
would like to use the Trent Restaurant on a Sunday, this is
only available after 3pm.
If there are more than 50 people or if you would prefer to
have a private room with private bar, then why not consider
the Merlin Suite? Although there is small charge, it is totally
self-contained and there is lots of space, especially if you
have lots of children attending.

Birthdays
If you are looking for somewhere to have a get together
with family and friends to celebrate a birthday, Rolls-Royce
Leisure is the perfect venue.
For smaller gatherings of 12 to 50 people the Trent
Restaurant is the perfect place if you want to treat your
guests to a private sit down meal. Our chef will tailor a
seasonal menu to your specifications.Three-course sit down
meals start at £26 per person.
If you choose to have your celebration on a Saturday night
you and your guests can move into the Trent Lounge and
enjoy live entertainment from 9.30pm.
For larger parties the Merlin Suite is great and can accom-
modate up to 200 people. The dance floor can be made as
small or as large as you like. The round tables comfortably
seat 8 guests. Tablecloths are complimentary for sit down
meals or £3.50 each should you require them for other
occasions.
Please note we do not host 18th Birthday parties.

Anniversaries
If you are thinking of bringing family and friends together
to help you celebrate an anniversary Rolls-Royce Leisure is
the perfect venue.
If you want a smaller more intimate gathering for up to 50
people the Trent Restaurant is ideal. You and your guests
can enjoy a variety of food options. If you want the occasion
to be slightly more formal you could have a sit down meal.
Alternatively, if you want to mingle and chat with your
guests, why not choose a buffet?

If you want to serve food to your guests you will see from
the menus that there is a variety of choice varying from
traditional buffets to hot dishes such as Pie and Peas or
Lasagne or other lighter options such as Hot Bacon Rolls
Decorations and Extras
Wanting to add some finishing touches or extras to your
event? We are happy to advise you with this.
Balloons make a nice addition to the tables, or why not
consider having a photo booth allowing you and your guests
to get special fun photos as a memento of the occasion?
Cake
If you are having a celebration cake let us know and we will
provide a clothed table to display it on and happily cut it up
for you to distribute to your guests.
Entertainment
If you want to create more of a party feel and want to give
your guests the option to dance the night away then the
Merlin Suite can hold from 50 to 200 people.
Our stage lends itself well to live entertainment. All we ask
is that any entertainment arranged by you be self-contained
with regard to sound and lighting.
You can hire our in-house DJ which includes sound and lighting.

Chef likes to use local and seasonal produce and
ingredients and will devise an individual menu for you to
choose from, to suit your tastes and requirements relating
to the occasion and time of year.
